Cannot get in the app
After the recent release,I have trouble login to the app when I am overseas and I travelled a lot as a businesswoman .Every time I open the app it leads me to a page with “under maintenance notice”, and I called the service number they told me the app is working fine, so I guess it’s just me.Please fix it ASAP!

It would be great if there is an option about requesting for cheque books in the app; It is quite inconvenient that I have to do this through desktop e-banking.

未能查閲賬戶出入數，及好多供能apps 處理唔到，始終要在電腦上使用才能處理賬戶所須，此apps 作用不大有用
Login need code generator every now and then
App take long time to load and when finally load you can’t login unless you have code generator with you. Even after setting Face ID you can use it for couple of days and then it ask again for code generator. This is stupid since you can’t do anything without code generator. What is the point of “mobile” app if you need to carry code generator with you! Note to developers! Think about code generator as app like other banks have!
No transaction detail
This app does not tell me transaction details. When I receive a payment I don’t know who sent it to me. What is it good for?

當間間銀行連匯豐都可以比客戶透過 app 處理各項商業交易、恒生呢個搞足咁多年都只係用來查戶口過下小數呢類基本野、 既 app 唔知整來做乜？要做批准薪金 autopay 都唔得、成班 IT 都係公司白出糧唔駛做野都生存到既，真係異數😡

I have never ever seen such a user friendly, secured and quick app earlier. Out of 300 apps installed in my mobile, this one rates the top 2. Thank you very much HangSeng bank.

Absolutely the worst business banking app and bank ever! Shocking service, processes and technology. Getting anything done takes forever, costumer service does not exist for them. Avoid at all cost!
