App bug in USA
Unfortunately it’s sad that in 2026 with all the available resources we have and knowledge even something as simple as réinitialising my Orange money code is not working , I tried different ways but it doesn’t work , this is frustrating, the app is a good idea but functionality wise it needs improvement, figure out why I am unable to successfully change my orange money secret code from within the Max it app ? I don’t know
Two phone numbers
I live the max it app. It makes transactions easier and faster. I have a request though, can you guys make it possible to use two phone numbers on the same app?

Réclamation concernant la carte prépayée Mastercard.
Bonjour cher Orange Cameroun.

My POV
Best so far
Poor, unreliable, frustrating
You keep encouraging customer to use the app although it seems you haven’t really tested it’s reliability. Maxit works 15% of the time and is down for most of the remainder.orange should stop encouraging its use and also compensate its customers for the inconvenience.

Frustrated
I have been using it for a while and it’s all good but yesterday the app logged me out and refusing to log me back in. I have tried deleting and reinstalling it but to no avail and it’s a shame because the app really helped to me to activate various data plans and also facilitated the process of making various payments.
