Amazing up but not in English
I assume the same app is available overseas, why don’t you add English language also for the China version ?
A five star company
To the Nio fans, for the Nio fans. But you’ll pick the Nio products carefully, not everything will fit

5 stars if…
Great app, works very well! But should be available also in English language since a lot of users cant speak or read Mandarin. Same for the Nomi funcionality! Would be amazing if English could be provided soon! I believe a lot more people would buy a Nio car if that become a reality!
还没有适配iOS26
一般吧
NIO app in English
Is there still no English version? I would think with expanding to Europe and the US this would be a higher priority.
Where is English?
I love NIO concept and progress of the company overall, but why can’t you write this app in English if you are already selling your cars in Europe and in the near future will enter the US market? I don’t understand Chinese and would like to see English. Thanks!
可笑
简直可笑，我付电池租金的手机号不能注册，还每个月给我发优惠券提醒我，注册却说该手机号有风险。
Translate to English please!
The app seems to be cool. Don’t know how to change the language to English please add an option to translate for us in the US. Thank you amazing honey bye the way!!
还没有UWB钥匙？！
还没有UWB钥匙？！
Good app
It really is a good app but you need to add English option!!!
Beautiful app
Beautiful app , nice company I’ve fallen in love to be honest.
Make English Translation!!!
Seriously! How hard can it be to have English language available in China?! There is already an English version available in other countries! Makes this app almost unusable as I don’t read Chinese!
Comprehensive app for NIO!
Nio developed a wonderful app for their cars! It’s really thinks of everything! Only thing I’d change is adding a translation feature, I’m a native English speaker so it gets challenging trying to share Nio’s app features and cars to my friends who only speak one language. The reply of live events is wonderful, the GUI is easy to use and navigate, the pictures are loaded promptly and the colors are so soothing!
Disallow foreign phone numbers to reserve a car
1. Disallow foreign phone numbers to reserve a car not posting any messages. 2. More weird is it wrongly treats my regular China mobile phone # starting with 147 as virtual number and rejects to use it for verification. Poor coding from naive developers to say the least. 3. Messages once posted, they could not be updated while both Xiao Peng and Li Xiang auto apps allow updating posted messages. My guess due to the naive coding in detecting virtual mobile numbers, it has lost thousands prospective customers.
English speaking person
Cool app, but where is English language support? I tried and tried understand and read in Chinese , but i could not! Please translate this app into English, thanks!!!
English Language
We need English version of the App!! Hurry!!
No way to block ads notifications
The app is good. But the iOS version doesn’t allow user to not receive those commercials, promotions and news notifications. These notifications are getting more and more recently due to their worse sales. Please consider adding this feature to iOS as well. I only care about events of my car.
iOS 13 support
Need iOS 13 dark mode support
Need more improvement
1. It is needed to have functionality to allow people switch between dark and bright mode 2. Data loading extremely slow in US region. Highly doubt if we had local data server in US 3. It is pretty hard to search and find the Nio life items if it was not exhibited on front page
English version?
Why can’t we have an English version of this app?
Nio
Loving the car can’t wait to drive it in Florida
Smart widget removed!!!
Please bring back the smart widget stack!!!!

Wish it could run in English
In North America the images in the app load really if they load at all. Also can not figure out how to switch the app to run in English language = (

English Language
App needs to be available in English as well, so I can use when I drive my partners car.
American in China, but I can’t read Chinese :(
I’m an American living in China, and I’m really interested in the ES8. However, this app doesn’t support English, and I’m guessing the car doesn’t either. Do you plan to support English? I’d give this a 5-star review!
Global company without a global app
Not for users from overseas
Nio is the future
Sleek and exhilarating!
English Version?
This app should be available only to China. Many investors and families installing this crap to increase the number of apps downloaded. If the app downloaded in the USA it should be automatically detected English version or give an option to choose other languages. Nio If you’re not ready to the global market then why the F open to the global trade and global App Stores?
English version?
English version soon?
How to change to English
The app looks amazing but how do I change the language to English also I’m in The US I don’t see my code there to put my phone number.
Nio App not in English
With a global investor base i would like to see an english version of the app or an add-on that could translate or add subtitle in english.
App Store says - English and Chinese support
English language support missing ? App Store states it supports “English and Simplified Chinese”... How do you switch to English ? Huh ?
