Es la mejor app de mensajeria de Panama
Tienen la mejor red de motorizados, con la mejor atención. Un sistema bueno y un soporte excelente. Me encanta usar esta app sobre todas las demás.
Pésimo servicio
Alguien que conozco le robaron $10.39 y aún no le han hecho su reembolso.
Falta de Apple Pay
No sé por qué no acepta Apple Pay, hay que estar metiendo la tarjeta

UI is not optimized for iPhones with Face ID
I just switched from an iPhone 8 Plus to a 13. On the 8 Plus the UI works great. On the iPhone 13 the top bar is under the notch and scrolling on the confirmation page does not work so I can’t see how much they will charge for what I’m requesting.

Good app but stop the ads!
Please give us a way to turn off ad notifications. I pay for the services I use, don’t monetise me more than that, I don’t need to hear about Big Macs while I’m working. Thank you. :) Edit: I am referring to advertisement notifications. Obviously app notifications about purchase services are important. But let us opt out of advertisements please since we’re paying for services. :)
Great App and excelent service.
The customer service is extraordinary! One day I had some issues with the App and I contact the customer service departament. They were patient and helpful. The have the ability to communicate clearly through instragam.
Abusive charges.
This app intent to get sensitive info. Plus unexplainable extra charges for packing modification any excuse not real, no explanation about it. I suspend my acvount with them.
La app se cierra
Cuando entro a alguna pestaña de algún comercio la app por automático se cierra. Por otro lado, no me deja guardada la ubicación ni puedo escribirla exacta en el buscador, así que tengo que ubicar el punto manualmente
Mejorar UI
La interfaz ea casi inutilizable, no se si es la versión, o por la resolución de un iphone 12, pero deben mejorarla mucho, y mejorar el proceso de aprobación.

No entiendo
Constantemente tengo que estar pidiendo soporte en ASAP. Hoy me cancelaron una orden UNA hora después de que la pedí. Llame al comercio y me indican que no la cancelaron. Escribo a ASAP y me indican que el comercio la canceló. Llamo nuevamente al comercio y me indican que no la cancelaron. No entiendo porque ASAP no puede solucionar y simplemente comunicarse con el comercio para reactivar la cuenta en vez de hacerme perder tiempo. Era una orden larga que no quería tener que volver a hacer. El otro día tuve que pedir apoyo porque TODOS los comercios salian “cerrados” en la plataforma. Y así sucesivamente, no se cuanto tiempo mas dure como cliente. Ademas cobran por anticipado para una pre autorización incluso cuando la cancelan, lo que no me hace sentido alguno, deberían hacer eso solo luego de que sea confirmada.
Proceso inestable
Es increíble que no vean que en un proceso de innovación hay que saber que cuando las cosas funcionan no es necesario cambiarlas. Esta nueva versión es complicada, afecta la experiencia, desmejora el servicio y además la mitad de las funcionalidades no sirven. Es una lástima Rodrigo

Don't waste your time. Que Mal servicio!
Te hacen perder el tiempo. Después de varios intentos de hacer pedidos todos fallaron. Unas veces porque los establecimientos no los aprueban. Otras veces porque la app los cancela. Después te bloquean supuestamente "por seguridad" pero son las fallas de Asap no del usuario, entonces Te sale un mensaje de llamar a un número al que debes marcar muchas veces para que contesten y cuando contestan no te ayudan en nada para desbloquear. Que app inutil esta!!! Por fortuna hay varias otras apps de delivery que SI funcionan

Mala aplicación, insegura
Te piden mandar fotos de identificación para poder realizar un pedido y cuando vas a verificar correo es tan insegura la página que te bloquea el mismo teléfono la página.

Multiple charges and no answer
Better to use glovo, these people tend to charge cards several times, so at the end you end up paying three times for a delivery. This is Venezuelan scamming people

Needs a lot of improvement
The registration procedure kind of works, you have to ask for the verification code at least 4 times. When you define the picking up address the map does not update, I had to save the address to favorites and it finally set the right address. After a few tries setting the drop address I was finally able to set the trip. But the I changed the pick up address in the map. Very annoying , I had to call the person doing the trip to explain the correct address. Not cool. You don’t know where the drives is. It says one minute to the pick up address but it’s been more than 15 min since I ordered the pick up. Guys please get your S&@t together this app is not working the way is supposed to.
