Va
I love this game my friend doesn’t like coloring. Just try doing a lot more stuff like mini games but it’s OK.
Nothing works
I bought this 16 hours ago and now nothing works, tap to fill or smart border! Nothing works. It worked fine when I bought it, I open the next day and nothing is working. Very disappointing
Really nice, straightforward coloring book with nice illustrations
Works as advertised simple interface, nice looking colors
Cool but can’t delete pages?
No gallery view. Very limited options
Good
This app is great, but it needs more pictures.
Tablet coloring at its best
Using for relaxation. Easy to use.
Doesn’t Save Correctly
Used this coloring App for a few hours and completed some coloring pages. When you go to save your work, it makes a weird rectangle in the middle and the rest is an uncolored. Very frustrating! I cannot even save the fully colored pages to my photos. Waste of time and money!
it is nice
It is nice, but it is missing a better pen support
Very Glitchy
This would be a great colouring book if not so glitchy.
Could be better
Only 3 stars as app seems buggy.
Great game🤠
OK, so I just got this game the other day and I’m already playing it 24 seven. I love how it has all these different colors and you can even make your own colors. There’s a bunch of different tools that make different textures and different stuff, there’s one tool that makes paper textures and you get to choose out of metallic golds and silvers, it’s a really fun game and it gives you a bunch of pictures from the world, you get to choose which one you want to color. I hope you guys like it.
Don’t waste your money
As mentioned by others, the app is completely unusable when you open an image to color, it gets completely garbled and all you see is a screen full of lines. Don’t waste your money. If you want a good coloring app, try Happy Color.
Very Good, Would Like Abstract Art
I am in love with the drawings, but I would like some more abstract art. I like the color selection, I don't think I've seen many other apps with that diverse a selection. I love the different textures. Color mixing looks great, but can be hard. I really like this app though, and highly recommend it!
Frustrating
This app touts the fact that you can’t color outside of the lines, but many of the lines are not connected. So if, for example, you want to paint a flower red, the stem turns red too, and there’s nothing you can do about it. It’s also buggy. If you’re coloring a page and want to go to a new one, you can’t minimize the page to get back to the whole book and turn to a different picture. You have to close the app and open it again.
Crashes on new iPad Pro 11-inch M4
The app starts up, but when you tap the picture to start painting it crashes. I’m also using the new Pencil Pro.
So fun
Amazing
Unusable
Pretty pictures, but when you go to color one, it pixilates into gibberish. Wasted money.
Cool app
I really like the app and the good and silver foil feature. I just wish there was a thumbnail view of the pages or a table of contents page. It’s tedious having to flip through every page just to find the one you want to color.
So much potential
There really is a lot of possibility in this app, but the flaws can be maddening: • though the tutorial mentions a toggle to restrain color within borders, no such control exists • it seems like there is no palm rejection, causing unintentional strokes, erasure/page color wipes, and canvas control problems. Gloves recommended • combining the color dropper selection tool with the same tool as the pen/brush stroke tool leads color selection while trying to paint and no way to regain your original color, that I could find • color selection of a previously used color seems to compound the colors’ opacitiy from the former stroke with the one you want to make- mitigate by turning brush opacity back up before painting • add some real settings options- too minimalistic a design bread minimalistic quality
Fun
Since the update, some of the pages have repeated. One specifically is repeated 5 times, one after the other.
Love this game
This game is so sum I love it
Unusable
When I go to color a page it messes up all the lines and just looks like a mess of lines instead of like the picture. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same problem. I want a refund
Not bad
When I got it I started to wish you can upload photos and then color them
Not worth the $2.99
App only has minimum basic drawing tools, not enough colors and definitely not enough items to color. Very disappointed.
Less than ideal
I purchased this because I am very fond of the tools in Tatsui Sketches and thought this would be a great option for a digital coloring book but within 10 min I’m frustrated and disappointed. My biggest frustration is with the eye dropper tool. I’m using my Apple Pencil to color and I am constantly losing my color because the eye dropper is randomly popping up and choosing a different color when I’m trying to color. I thought maybe it was just a fluke and my finger was also touching the screen or something but nope, over and over again it kept screwing things up. The second frustration is the lack of tools. The few they have would generally be fine but I know they can do more. The flexibility of the drawing and coloring tools in Sketches is phenomenal and I would hope they would have brought at least most of that here as well. Finally, they don’t have the full Apple Pencil support. In Sketches you can make sure that if the Pencil is connected then that’s the only source of input and it uses all of various capabilities but here it’s like it doesn’t care if you’re using the expensive stylus, your finger, or a potato. Really if I had my preference I would have been able to purchase these coloring pages as an add on into Tatsui Sketches so I can get the full power there but get to relax and enjoy coloring. I’ll probably still manage to get a few pictures colored but I really wish I could disable that eye dropper or at least relegate it to a button / tool so trigger as desired instead of when it thinks my coloring is actually a hold.
I like it but
I like it but would like more pictures to choose from please and thank you
Meh
Just not what it was cracked up to be.
Bien
Bonne app en gros. Mais certains réglages ne fonctionnent tout simplement pas. Dommage.
Not pressure sensitive
Expected a lot more from this app given that the sketching app is so amazing. No pressure sensitivity which kills the experience for me.
Frustating
The pictures aren’t “finished” - lines need to be completed so that you don’t color a leaf and have the everything colored along with it.
Give me Matisse sketches, copyright free to color? For one instance.
It would be nice if you/the authors -would scour the pencil, and pen and ink drawings that are in the public domain to color in?? or to buy rightss to modern artists? Now that wouldn’t be embarrassing to waste my time on…. Otherwise imagine Donald Sutherland being snooty, looking at my coloring book ink jet. Prints???….. Rest in peace,…. Or van Gogh, painting, ink drawings? Where not only could I color it in you could give me the option to color/crop the black brushwork with my own colors.?/?!!! yes!…………….*………….l’etoile………PS at least let me import screen grabs as background that I can make go away…..?…
Boring
Stupid and neurotic
Very nice
Very nice colouring app,but would be better if you could size the pencil and brushes and have a blending brush.
Worst Update Yet
Latest update quits as soon as you tap on a page, completely unusable!
Good app but sloppy work
I like this app, it’s better than most of the variety and quality of the scenes is good. Very sloppy programming on some of them though, the smart borders on the Korean one do not work. Sort it out, we paid for this!
Excellent
Very cool programs very creative. Easy to learn and use. Very inexpensive. Enjoy your inner child.
Seems cool
I can’t get it to work though
It good but...
It’s good but like all the colouring pages have a nature theme. I wish there were more themes instead of just that. Other than that it’s pretty good.
Few pages
Can't compete with other apps, since it has only few pages
Frustrating
This app tries to get too clever with the pencil with various shortcuts that cause unintended re-assignment of colors.
Best coloring book in the App Store!
The new update really ties everything together! Thank you to the developers for continuing the support on this app!
Super boring
You got to be kidding only 5 pictures to draw on.
Beautiful app!
I tried the app and it’s soooooo beautiful and easy to use. You can use a lot of colours to create a beautiful picture and i am surprised how the apple pencil can be use for details. I recommend the app! Thank you to create it. Moments to relax!
Too many gestures to remember
I tried using this to *relax*. Before I even started I found myself having to remember whether I double tap to save or pinch to zoom. I need LESS things to remember. How is an 8 part split screen riddled with gestures going to help? If you want to make a relaxing app make an intuitive one.
It’s ok but not worth 2.99
It’s ok but not worth 2.99 as you can’t really do some of your own designs because it already is designed and when you zoom In loads it gets sooooo pixelated and gives you such a headache
I’d recommend this one!
It’s pretty nice i just started to use it and I think it’s becoming a habit.
No option to avoid coloring outside lines
The instructions say there’s a place in settings to toggle this on and off and there isn’t.
Great thing
Well so far so good
Apple Pencil not supported properly
Great but... 1)Apple Pencil is not supported properly on iPad Pro 9.7". 2) There is no palm rejection (if you rest your palm on the screen it colours those areas). 3) Apple Pencils amazing pressure sensitivity/accuracy it not utilized whatsoever.
good with potential
one of the better coloring books with room for improvement. is there a reason this isn't combined with coloring book 2 as a bundle? couple issues; 1. no palm rejection makes coloring frustrating 2. zoom out distorts quality terribly and 3. smart borders is very glitchy & not seamless creating gaps 4. there is no "preferences" option within the coloring book 5. there's is no option to move around page with palm
