Lots of great exercises
This is an awesome app. Lots of really great work. There’s nothing with rings (hopefully will be added someday), but there’s a nice feature where you can add your own movements.

I’ve been using this app for years and love it! It is still updated regularly and the creator often incorporates user feedback to make it better. If your a fan of convict conditioning or progressive calisthenics this is a must have app.
Gute App,aber stürzt immer wieder ab
Programm orientiert sich an „trainieren wie im Knast“. Gute Möglichkeit sein Training aufzuzeichnen und auch die Entwicklung automatisch mit einzubeziehen. Ärgerlich ist trotzdem,dass die App regemässig abstürzt.beim anschauen der Übungen,beim Trainingsplan verändern,… Ärgerlich auch,dass trotz dem Pro-Paket (14,99) keine Antwort vom Entwickler kommt. App an sich gut,aber sieht wohl so aus,als würde sie nicht mehr bearbeitet werden. Schade!!!

Downloaded it and opened it. The initial configuration is super easy, so that’s a plus. But the in app purchases were a killer for me.
Please go back to the previous design!
The new logo and the drawings of the application are ridiculous / horrible. The old design looked professional the new one looks super cheap.

Just got the app and it is fantastic! Only issue I see is I’m using another app right now to focus on my abs because this doesn’t provide that much variety.

No way to contact support
App support button goes to a Facebook page that asks me to login. I don't have or want Facebook, so I will attempt contact here. I was about to buy the pro package but have a question... When you start a plan, how do you progress to the next levels, as in the book convict conditioning? Is it automatic, once you choose your starting level? Why not allow contact through your website?
Love it...needs a little tweaking though
This app is pretty great! I love the preset workout routines and the automatic rep updates. However, it’s kind of buggy. When I change reps numbers during a workout, it doesn’t update the number automatically. This confuses me sometimes.
Great
This app is great for progressive calisthenics, it keeps track and will add reps/sets, to workouts so you don’t have to think about anything. Choose a routine, and follow it, consistency is key. +1 star I had a problem with the app and support was very quick to respond and assist with the issue.
Maybe more stars later
So far it’s what I was looking for but the interface is a little difficult to interact with. Probably be happier with it once I fully understand how to use it and the accompanying exercise app that demonstrates the exercises is a must
This app finally got me to work out
It took me a long time to get in the habit of regular exercise and a big part of that is this app. I can design a custom workout, or use the pre-designed ones, schedule it, and then get gentle reminders. This app is like a personal coach, set it and follow the steps. It automatically logs them and backs them up on iCloud so you can use it across devices.
Review
I would like the app to add reps if milestones are met. If you completed 15 reps of horizontal pulls than the app would automatically add one rep for your next work out.

The new revision of this App (version 2.4) has tied everything together very well. I am now able to review my progress and goals per the schedule defined in convict conditioning book without leaving the routines page. This coupled with the summarized exercise descriptions and videos makes this app very handy and invaluable to my progression in calisthenics.
