I love it
Besides the obvious advantage of getting stuff at a discount, you also find out about businesses you didn’t know yet and become their customers. Great idea!
Rubbish
Don’t bother! There literally no shops or restaurants ect ect in my area ? plus it’s all in a foreign language considering I downloaded it in the UK and it says you can use it in the UK ? I thought this would be like the app too good to go which is an amazing app! But karma No not at all its really complicated to use & then there nothing in your area as soon as started to to look at the app I press the ambassador and my phone alerted me and said that it was a scam page looking to take all my details ? I was hoping it would be like to good to go app but with maybe different food places to TGTG app as soon as logged on literally nothing I read loads of reviews on here & on google media site witch I wish I’d read before it’s not very good witch is a shame because I was hoping it was good ! Sorry can’t recommend this app at all !!
Hemsk efter uppdateringen
Appen är hemsk efter uppdateringen, svårt att hitta tillgänglig mat i närområdet, svårt att hitta beställningen, svårt att markera som upphämtad. Dessutom så får jag påminnelse om att hämta mat som jag redan hämtat…väldigt trist och något som sänker min motivation att fortsätta med karma rejält. Släng och ta tillbaka den gamla appen.
Sämre med uppdatering
Den uppdaterade appen (läs lila) är betydligt mindre pedagogiskt gjord än den rosa. Man kan knappt söka på produkter längre. Mycket knepigare att använda kartan. När man söker på tex Fabrique ska man sen gå in på varje butik som är markerad med matsvinn och där se vad som erbjuds. Inte så användarvänligt.

Sämre
Appen har inte blivit bättre, den har blivit sämre! Får aldrig aviseringar längre och man måste klicka manuellt på varje ställe för att dem om det finns mat eller bakverk tillgängliga. Det anges inte längre. Inte heller kan man lämna betyg längre efter hämtning, huruvida man är nöjd med köpet, kvalitet och så…Det kunde man tidigare. Jag åkte för att hämta upp min redan betalade prinsesstårta tidigare idag. Den var helt platt för att grädden helt sjunkit ihop och marsipanen smält. Den var inte så god… Detta har inte hänt tidigare. Den var absolut inte värd pengarna, den borde ha kasserats då den uppenbarligen måste varit flera dagar gammal. Inte ok 😔

Pointless
This app was convinced that I live in Stockholm, Sweden. I live in Yorkshire, UK! So despite removing the app and reloading it I can only find out about restaurants in Sweden, not very helpful

But i wish there are More choices in my area

Doesn’t cover my state :’( I tried many years ago and it did not have any partners in MN. Just tried again and still nada. Sad!!!
Too many UI changes
While the app itself does a good job of what it says it will, I am really annoyed with so many UI changes, especially in last couple of releases. The 'favorite' menu keeps on changing places and appearance. Guys, please try to stick with one for a while.
Great Idea with Lots of Choice
Really easy to use, helps save food waste and lots of places to choose from. Definitely recommend!

Unable to get into app
I have had the app for a few years and it used to work fine. Now when I log in using my phone number, it logs in but asks for my name and email. After entering these it gives me an ‘unexpected error’ message. Tried to get this sorted via The web page, but it’s not letting me in. Have removed and reloaded app, but seems there’s no way to get support to sort this out. Shame, it’s a good app when it works.

Almost No Options
I really liked the sound of this app, but despite living in a very populated area of London, with dozens of nearby restaurants, there is only one coming up, which hasn’t had any offers. Until there are more places taking part, it’s not of any use to me. Also don’t find the app very intuitive to use.
Needs Work
Personally I think this app is a great idea. However, by the looks of things this app is only great if you live in London or are around that area.... I believe money made from the app or freedom of money should be spent on things such as student ambassadors.. if you are looking to hire student ambassadors from Wales please do get in contact with myself or reply with a form of contact that I can get in touch with. I’m a university student studying Business and management, and would love to provide/ support this cause.

What an awesome app! easy to use, alerts you where there is food from your favourite place plus you are helping to reduce food waste. Win win!
Price
So disappointed to see Ole & Steen increase their prices in Karma. It used to be 50%, guess they are too popular :(
Could be amazing
I love the idea and was excited to use! Discouraged everyone not to order off the likes of Deliveroo etc, however despite paying £5 for delivery the food never came. I called the restaurant and they said the food was ready, but no driver came. Unfortunately, as I lived 35min walk from the restaurant I could not go myself to pick them up. I really want this to become well established as I support the movement; but would have been nice to actually revive the food I ordered.
Great Idea Needs To Be More widespread
Great idea looking at the screenshots it looks like loads of restaurants but that’s in London we haven’t got any within 70 miles of us. It’s not the developers fault more restaurants need to come on board it’s not like I live in a small area either I’ve asked about in my area but no one is interested if it’s more widespread it’ll be a great app one restaurant in the south west by the looks of it. Come on uk lets get on board!!
Hardly any food shops
Could potentially be a good app. But there’s hardly any food place on here. I live in London and I’ve hardly seen anything. But if you do there miles away. By the time you drive there or get there how much more will it cost you. You better off buying local.
Good idea abused by shops
A lot of places list the items at far more expensive price they usually sell in their shop and add discount to make us think we are buying food at great discounted price. But when you go to the shop, you can clearly see the same item sold at the same price as ‘discounted price’. I have left reviews for those shops but on the app, there is no place to see the reviews. Sad to see the good idea has been abused by some shops to advertise their business only for their profit rather than reducing waste. Sad to see karma app hasn’t done anything about it.

The app seems lovely. But there is nothing on the map. Other reviews mention this might be London only. No feedback like ‘nothing in your location’ or ‘try being more Londony’ so how are we to know where the Karmic Food is?
Doesn’t really work in US
Seems to be really beneficial in the UK but I’ve had this app for about a month and have never seen anything available in the US

A fantastic app that allows you to save money while helping restaurants avoid wasting food. So happy this is available in Paris too!
Nothing in our area
Seems like a great idea, a bit like Olio, but there’s nothing remotely close to Norfolk and so I can’t rate it any higher than 1. Looks like the restaurants are concentrated in bigger cities

I absolutely love this idea and I would love to use this app but there aren’t any restaurants on it ever. The only places are in London. What about the rest of the UK? I keep getting notifications and emails trying to get me to use the app which is annoying because it’s useless for me :(
A few things
I personally never got to use the app because there aren’t any food places marked on the app where I live. I do believe it is a good app, I watched a YouTube I trust try out this app and I wanted it, when I bought it there sadly weren’t any pinpoints on food places near me, I live in the us, and I don’t use the Euro currency. Just so that nobody thinks this is just to hate on this app I’m just going to say this again, I have NOT been able to use the app, and so when the pinpoint restaurants are put in the us, Washington, I will try them out, come back, and fix this comment. For now I’m leaving 3 stars until I see that there has been work done in my area.

Bad update
Latest version removed the ability to filter for places that have items available. It's completely useless now as it's almost impossible to hit the available places to see what foods they offer
Good idea if you live in London!
I love the idea behind this app and the fight to stop food wastage. I think if I lived in London I would use it regularly, but I live in the 4th biggest city in the UK and there are no restaurants up here that have joined up - the same goes for the 2nd and 3rd cities too. So the app supports the fight to reduce food wastage in London but not anywhere else in the UK. Very disappointing.
Good idea
Good idea, however this service is only available in London which is disappointing. Couple of friends and I used it while we were there and it’s definitely worth it! If it were available in other cities that would be perfect.
Reducing food waste and Eating well
Love the range, choice and price of the deli’s and bakeries that Karma have signed up. I use the app at least three times a week, it’s my go to app for food!
Don’t bother unless you live in London
I downloaded just to see what is what and yet again an App launched squarely at London on the map 107 places to choose from all in the UK. Why not say, places to eat in London. I don’t think I will wait for it to reach my area, I will be too old by then. Sorry guys maybe a good idea, poorly executed.
Doesn’t work
New update is buggy :( Doesn’t work on my Apple Watch anymore. Notifications come up as blank which is quite freaky and weird.
