Logging problems
Lately the app has a lot of issues log in
Easy Goes It
I wished this Experian app was more senior manageable. Larger print. Simpler. And too many ads.
Credit reporting
App gives info on balances but score isn’t accurate. Constantly notifies me that my score increases but check it and nope. Always suggesting applying for more credit cards. Doesn’t seem legit much less accurate.
Called for assistance
Can not speak to a person who can answer simple questions like how to print out my own report so yeah no help whatsoever they used to be very helpful and helpful
Environmental
Okay
Terrible company.
There is no possible way to contact a human being at Experian. They have data breaches all the time. If possible I recommend a different service to view or access your credit.
Confirm cars not working
App suggests to confirm cars, but doesn’t activate the confirm button despite ticking the button next to the missing car.
No ding lie
I was finally getting my credit score up past 660 and I applied for a No ding credit card according to Experian. I got denied and my credit score dropped 20 to 30 points so don’t fall for the no Dean credit card offers.
Can’t login overseas
App was useful in the US but for some reason is blocked from Australia. Quite frustrating!
Great way to keep on track
This app allows you to see everything in one place. It also shows you how you can improve and when you do improve. Love it!
Worst customer service ever
In the age of AI, we should be utilizing technology in order to better customer service experiences. From the perspective of a corporation as big as experience, I would hope that I was investing my money into things they keep current technology and also help my customer. Their AI automation phone service line is the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever received. It is legitimately impossible to be transferred to a customer service representative. Even though online my service request says that it cannot be handled online and then I have to call customer service to speak to a live agent, I cannot to a live agent. I am so entirely frustrated that I wish that I’ve never started an account with this company. They are always giving me incorrect information that I can’t even access without paying for it. I’m never paying for it because it is always inaccurate. Don’t tell me that I have to handle something via a live agent. If you won’t let me access a live agent. I am so frustrated with this company and their service. I wish that they would be shut down.
Figure It Out
I like Experian they have a lot of information, but can be quite confusing at finding every little thing you're looking for. Tap here tap there you have to just explore the entire app. tap on everything and see what happens if it opens or doesn't it can get very confusing and frustrating if you cannot find what you're looking for or how to go back to a screen you had passed. Becoming more simplified would be a plus.

Good app and helpful but please add bank of Guam in plaid
Fed up with constant promotions, alerts, “Fully automated support”
8/27/26: on top of everything else, there is no “Contact us”! There is a bot that can’t answer questions, and it will refer you to a support line that is also “fully automated”! There is no way to provide feedback to let Experian know how poor a job they are doing. Clear example of not caring what customers think. 8/22/26: Experian is exasperating! They completely ignore the settings to turn off al this marketing spam. JUST STOP! 8/11/26: Experian if it’s your settings for alerts/notifications, And just keeps sending annoying notifications to your phone! JUST STOP ALREADY! Give us ONE setting for new credit inquiries or increases in our total debt, so we can check if someone used our credit. Previous review: I am so fed up with this app. Half the alerts from it are attempts to sell your credit services. Credit cards, and loans. All I want to do is check my credit score. Then they say my data may have been breached. No kidding, you guys were the ones that were breached a few years ago. Enough with the ads!
Code sending issues
I’ve noticed lately that there’s issues verifying my account via text codes. I’ve had to repeatedly requested for a resend. Is there an update that I’m missing? I’ve tried resetting my password yet, it continues to happen. Thank you
Terrible app
Takes money every month but can’t even login without error code On
It’s great
It works well and it helps me a lot to view my credit
Garbage
It’s so bloated with offers that it’s hard to find where to go to submit a fraud dispute.
Experian
My review ? I really like it but I wish I could get cheaper interest rates on personal loans .
Can’t login
Can’t speak to a human and spent 30 minutes wasting time with their very basic AI!
Information to monitor
Keeps me on task
Created my account then immediately kicked me out
Wont let me back in
Build order
This is is like a sc2 build order. If you follow what to do over time, it will help your score immensely.
No live Agent
Don’t signup with Experian save your money just call and let them lock and freeze your account. Way cheaper than paying the fee plus there is no live agent support. All the phone number takes you to a robot no direct membership number. Probably better off using the other credit reporting services.
Fast and accurate
The Experian app is fast to report any alerts and the alerts are accurate. Very helpful while protecting my credit.
AI take over
I called because I have no access to any of the information. The first time I was successfully able to be transferred to a human being and then while I was talking to them; the call had dropped. I didn’t get a call back and called but each time the AI operator said it would transfer me it would not and it would hang up the call after supposedly being helpful.
