A reliable traveling companion
I’ve used several apps to find flights, but this one stands out for its reliability and ease of navigation. The developers have clearly prioritized customer experience here. I’m thankful for such a resourceful app that makes a complex process feel easy!
TOTAL SCAM PLEASE STAY AWAY
This is the worst experience booking a flight I’ve ever had in my life. I will never use them again. Committed to a ticket that was $169. All of the sudden they don’t have that ticket left. So the closest I could get was a ticket for $380 and I had to pay the difference. Worst experience I had. Then the guy “Robert” (or whatever his real name is) from overseas was assuring me that it was not a scam and he lied to me telling me that this was the best he could do. Riddle me this Batman… HOW IS THERE STILL TICKETS ON APP FOR THE SAME PRICE THAT I ORIGINALLY PAID FOR A WEEK LATER!!!!!! So stupid and a waste of time and money. Stay far away, they will gladly take your money and not think twice about it. They have no morals nor scruples. The are just filthy, uncaring scum of the earth.
Works Great
This App works perfect, always a good discount the only problem. Is that the Business option never works, it used to work a year ago but not anymore
Missing airports
This app I realized is missing some important airports, for example the airport code XPL it need to update the airport database for newer airports
Booking flights is a breeze with this app
What a fantastic user experience! I’m thoroughly impressed with how quickly I can find and book flights. The developers have clearly put a lot of effort into making this app functional and fun to use. Cheers to them for this excellent addition to the travel scene!
Scam
Be aware! Don’t go with this app, it’s a scam. The search result will redirect you to different agency, depend on your flight, but all of them are scam, like like Cheapfaremart LLC or myflightsbuddy.com or farehutz.us or any website it shows up. At beginning, it gives you a super low price, once you bought it, then they jacked up the price. If you don’t agree you need to pay cancellation fee no matter you just pay it couple minutes ago. All five star comments here are fake contents! Once again, stay away
Great but lack of multi-city option
App is great and already save me lots of money but there is no option for multi-city trip. Most of the time when I travel, I want to go back from different city. If I get each tick separate as one way it becomes expensive. If there was multi-city option like google flight that would be great
Wonderful app for the practical traveler
This app has transformed how I approach booking flights! Its practical features, such as saving searches and price comparisons, are incredibly useful. I highly commend the development team for their attention to detail and commitment to keeping it user-centered.
SCAMMERS/SCAMMERS
Stay away, they are scammers . I just lost 4000 bucks in Tickets!! FRAUDULENT SITE !! PCM travel agency ! Stay away!! This site should be banned .
Seriously Saves You Time
I used to waste hours looking for cheap flights on different sites. This app pulls everything together in one place, which is a game-changer! Booking my last-minute getaway was a breeze and didn't take long at all.
Scammers
I booked 2 flights on 06-05-23 to Cancún, flight was booked I received confirmation, with in 2hours they called and emailed me and said we are sorry this flight is no more available but we have an other option for you- their option had extra layovers and was not convenient and was 300$ more expensive, after negotiation they offered me 100$ discount which I approved it, next day I saw they charged me 100$ extra as agent fee, Be care full with booking through this app, they will scam you and will try to find ways to get your money
Excellent Find
I stumbled upon this app while searching for flights, and boy am I glad I did! It’s saved me money on flights that I didn’t think could be that low.
SCAM.. STAY AWAY
This app shows bogus prices in order to get you to commit to purchasing a ticket and enter your credit card information. You will get a confirmation from the app but you never get the E-ticket or confirmation number from the airline. Then you get calls from a call center overseas stating that you booked a “restricted” ticket where you can’t bring anything with you not even a carry on and you can’t purchase that at the airport and that you can’t cancel either. Then they claim they will be working with you and try to find you another ticket that’s far more expensive than what you saw online of course and they will not take no for an answer. Just stay away and book your ticket from a reputable website
Quick, Simple, and Effective
I’ve used a lot of flight apps, but this one is quick, simple, and effective. I’ll be using this for all my future trips!
Collect or don’t collect data?
There is a caption on the apple app site that gives you a check mark for “not collecting” personal data, but in the app site, there is a disclaimer stating you partial collect and sell our personal data to others. So, which is it?
User-Centric Design
The design of this app is so user-centric! Everything about it is easy to understand. I had no issues finding what I wanted and got a great flight deal.
Doesn’t work
No functionality! Don’t understand who is giving it 5 stars !!
Highly recommend
This app is a lifesaver! Everything is laid out nicely, making it easy to compare options. I love how I can book directly from my phone!
Use scum websites
Don’t use this, they will steal your money
Fantastic for Solo Travelers
As a solo traveler, I appreciate tools that simplify the planning process. This app does just that! It’s easy to find cheap flights to my next destination with just a few clicks. Plus, I feel secure booking through it!
Not BBB accredited
FareDepot seems is not a serious company I found this in BBB.ORG: Pattern of Complaint On September 7, 2017, BBB staff contacted FareDepot.com concerning a pattern in complaints filed with our office. Specifically, consumers alleged the business failed to provide timely refunds or no refunds on cancelled bookings, failed to honor the original booking price, or the price increased after booking, and failed to provide effective and courteous customer service. FareDepot's customer service manager responded to our concerns stating they were addressing these issues and working to resolve them. He stated that when a refund "is under process by the Airline or the bank the transfer of funds is not in our control" and that they are working on a different method to satisfy "the customer as soon as possible." In regards to pricing changes, he claimed that some changes were due to consumers not providing the necessary documents required to complete transactions and that prices changed consistently in this industry; sometimes multiple times throughout the day. Lastly, FareDepot claimed that some difficulty in obtaining customer service was due to a misunderstanding of their customer service hours. They are currently adding business hours of 9am to 9pm (EST) through various media channels to make this well known. BBB would like to acknowledge the recent efforts of the business to resolve outstanding complaint matters and will continue to monitor complaints to discern if the fundamental issues of the pattern of complaints are resolved. We will periodically update this information based on our findings.
Finally, An Honest Flight App
I've got to say, I was tired of apps that advertise low prices but then hide fees. This one is straightforward and no-nonsense. Everything's clear up front, and I've already booked two flights for a great price!
