Reminder
The only thing I would improve is that you have an audio reminder to clock out. You do email me the reminder that I missed the clock out time, but having an audio alert to clock out is better.

I’m unable to download the app to my iPhone and I have to keep going into my Apple Store every time I need to clock in clock out write reviews or anything like that with this app.

I agree 110% with last commenter. It would be a huge help to have: -clients name,age,diagnosis -clients preferences ie. sponge bath only as client has fear of shower, or meals must be minced (doesn’t wear dentures) , activities client loves, and important notes ie.client is sensitive to loud noises, or tactile sensitivity loose clothing, or no zippers -anything that is important to client and their routine -having this important information in one location would lead to better and consistent client care :)

Difficult to get hours exactly right
This app needs fixed! We caretakers are getting robbed of our pay because it doesn’t allow us to sign in for exact amounts of time. Example: if I have 12 minutes left on my schedule, I can’t get paid for that.

Does basic tasks. But it’s really missing the client profile, and info. No age, no tid bit. No note room for first instructions (door to left, PIN code, etc) some offices don’t tell us much- and nor does this app. Going in with just a name and address :/
