What’s happening???
Since yesterday, 2/11/24, the map for Japan doesn’t load. Therefore we’re stuck with a blank screen saying initializing. Went to the AppStore and found there might be an update. Ran the update and same problem. Come on guys, what’s going on? It’s been our go to app for years!! I really don’t want to look for another but if this continues, I’ll have to.
詐欺広告はやめろ
昔は神アプリだったが、ここ数年は詐欺アプリの広告や音が出る不快な広告が出るようになった。危険なアプリになってしまったのでおすすめしない。
Great app but needs some updates
Really enjoy the maps but some missing lines and stations for the UK. Would be great if some other countries with complex networks could be added - Netherlands, Switzerland for example.
架空請求・詐欺広告が出現する
長年愛用してきましたが、アダルトサイト利用の架空請求やウイルスに汚染されているなどの詐欺広告が出現するようになったので、アンインストールしました。サブスクリプション収入よりも広告収入の方が大事、という現実が垣間見れてしまい、とても残念でした。
表示言語
ここ最近になってタイル方式でズームアウトすると急にハングル語表記になるのでアップデートで改善して欲しい。

Disappointed
Added ADs!? For what? When your on the move and then going through the ads is extremely frustrating. I would rather work with other free apps than this.
Great! But some new stations aren't in the map
Thanet Parkway Station in Kent, England is not inside the map. Please add the station. And I would like to have more places like China, Italy... I hope we have more languages of a map, like England, they only have Japanese and English, I hope they have more languages like Chinese, it will be much more better!

アップデート前の簡略図のみだったころは使いやすかったですが、広告が流れてくるようになってからが微妙。 数秒飛ばせないだけでなく、不安を煽るような粗悪な広告が流れてきてそれが不快です。(あなたは○個のウイルスに感染しています！今すぐクリーニングを！みたいなやつとか。)
使えなくなりました
何度か使っていると何故か開いてすぐアプリが閉じられました使えるようになるなら星5です機能は申し分無いです

Nope
This doesn’t work. It’s stuck on one location. Can’t change location. Can’t close out add cause the X bottom is unreachable in the upper left corner. Slow sluggish. One star and delete.
First Train Map I’ve used. I have nothing to compare it to.
I have only half way used it once, right now, but it is accurate! Will have to explore the app more to give more of a review. Idk if it gives you a map of the stations to track yourself while you’re using the navigation.
再課金ができません
アプリは使いやすいのですが、広告が鬱陶しく、課金しました。しかし、ある時更新ができなくなり、再課金しようと思いましたが、エラーになり継続できません。 サポート連絡しましたが、何のレスポンスもなく、そうした点で大幅に減点せざるを得ません。 「駅すぱあと」なら、路線図だけでなく、乗り換え検索もできるので、そちらを使うことにしました。
最新アプデで
地区ごとの切り替えが無くなって、とても使いやすくなりました。ただ、開く度に表示方法を切り替えていくという表示が一瞬ではありますが出るようになってしまったので、それが無くなれば最高です。とは言え、無料でここまで使わせて貰えてるのはありがたいです。
Awesomeness
Easy to use and it gives you more options than google map(in Japan)
Used to be great. Now it’s not.
This used to be the best app out there for finding train times and routes in Japan. You could download the map and use it offline (wouldn’t update times but you could see routes), and everything would display in the app. Now, if I want to see routes and schedules, the app gives me a link to the ekispert website which renders the app absolutely useless. I don’t know the reasoning behind this change, maybe an M&A, but I’m deleting this app and looking for an alternative.
Accurate tool to get around Tokyo
Only problem, which is probably user error I can’t get app to show current time and schedule. Stuck at 15:30 or something like that. Only thing would like to see how to levigate in side the stations. To get from one line to the next is not always straight forward and with all the construction going on for 2020 Olympic; at one station had to go above ground to get to other line while construction was blocking normal way. Finding the other entrance was not fun.
前のに戻してほしい。
前の日本地図に線路が乗ったやつに戻ってほしい。あとスクロールで地域切り替えしないといけないのも本当にめんどくさい。路線図なんて遠くに行く時にしか使わないんだから地方ごとに分けるのは本当に不便。 せめて切り替えできるようにしてほしい。
Useless ads
Ads is blocking the “Close” button after it finished with the video. My iPhone is stuck with the ads. Can apps owner please update the error?
Using in Japan
Rail Map has been very useful in Japan, once you understand the transit systems. The app is pretty easy to use.
Junk!
Terms & Conditions in Japanese but couldn’t go further unless I accepted. Only map in UK was London & Southern but even then it locked onto an underground map and had to come out of the program. I’ll try again later to check but not optimistic.
Can be better
A very great app. When using in japan, which showing all the train schedule and how to change in between different line. If could support multi nations will be even better.
便利だけど・・・
アプリは使いやすいんだけど、ポップアップ広告が邪魔。他のアプリと同時に使うと切り替える度に出てくる。 もっと最悪なのが、拡大縮小すると一部の地域が外国語表記に変わりました。 サイズを変えると元に戻りますが、いきなり朝鮮語が出た時はアンインストールしそうになりました。

Clean, elegant, intuitive
A great (and imho superior) alternative to HYPERDIA. After downloading the area you wish to search it’s a matter of First station and last station and then choose from your fast, cheap, or #transfers. Set arrival or departure time. Includes JR and city rail maps. Includes direction of travel, platform numbers, and links to google maps of stations which have exit numbers also. As a complete novice to the system it’s been a godsend.

A clear, concise transit map
This is a very polished and easy to use map of Japan’s intricate railway network and good for travelers and holiday makers alike. It can help decide routes using conventional lines in Japan more easily compared to Apple Maps which normally give you the more expensive route via the Shinkansen. My one concern is the app badge on my screen is slightly cropped on the left and top sides, just a minor complaint but I just like the presentation of my apps. Cheers!

Fantastic and useful app for Tokyo transit
This app is my go to app for all Tokyo trail transit. It's truly reliable. It's very detailed and provides a view of all of Tokyo's confusing but fun transit systems.
Doesn't work
Will not run on my ipad2. Plenty of updates but none to make it work.
Very useful app
Using this app has helped us to save a lot of time and effort navigating through the crowd and complex train system in Japan. It’ll be even better if it can show the timetable for the trains. If it can incorporate the bus services as well, it will truly be a gem!
タイル方式について
当初と比べれば、拡大率最大にできず、全ての駅が表示されないなどの不具合は、ある程度改善されている。 ただ、まだ拡大率が足りず、路線図に表示される文字が小さく読みにくい問題がある。 より改善を求めたい。 またダウンロード方式との両立も改めて考えて欲しい。
It’s okay but
Really laggy on iPhone. And it takes forever for it to find the station you’re looking for on their roster.
Great for visitors and tourists
The Tokyo subway lines are world famous for their design, speed and efficiency, and they are the best way to see everything the city has to offer. This app makes it all easy to navigate, and is especially helpful if you want to find the fastest or simplest route..
Terrible app
This app will stupid. Very hard to use. Very useless. If I had 4 hands I would give 4 thumbs down.
Helped a lot!
It might be a little complicated at the beginning but once you get used to it... it becomes VERY helpful!! I've been using this during my stay in Japan and it can really help plan your destination! One addition that may help it become more helpful is if it can show you the route on the actual map!
タイル方式はNG ダウンロード方式の地図が素晴らしい
タイル方式がなぜ導入されたのか分からない。単なる地図じゃないですか。 路線図のみを強調して描かれたダウンロード方式の地図があればこそこのアプリの意味がある。しかし路線図の更新がなされてないので廃止するのでしょう。そうなったらこのアプリは削除します。
Clean but wish it had JR exclusive lines
I purchased a JR Pass for Japan. If this had the ability to try and push JR travel lines for the sake of this pass, it would be perfect! I would pay for the ability to do this!

Used it all the time in Japan.
Pointless!
Offline maps and that's about it, doesn't show routes or transit information. If I'm trying to navigate the Japanese rail system, what's the point don't see how this helps. Waste!
Dis-selection
How do I dis-select Nozomi and Mizuho lines (which are not covered under the JR Pass) from the App. I can do it using the web but cant seem to find this feature when using the app. HELP!!

Sections
Hi downloaded the uk map. Very good. However the uk is divided into regions instead of the whole country. The regions link but you have to move to another region and lose the existing region. Very annoying if you are looking at the edge of a region If you can produce one continuous map instead of sections you will easily get 5 stars! I'd also be happy to pay a one off fee but not a subscription. Neil
Excellent App
Very helpful during our trip to Japan. Excellent train information and showing various routes and pricing. Only thing I would suggest the ability to state you have the Japan Rail Pass and for the app to only show trains and routes that qualify.

Simple Sleek and... hotspots?!
Great app to help get around Tokyo and even points out free wifi hotspots around each station so you can get connected and get to your next destination after exploring. Would be awesome if it included info on all the different exits from the larger stations so you can meet up with people easier.
Poorly designed
Very complete information but basic functionality like how to get from A to B is hard to find. Fine for going from my location to somewhere, but not a all helpful going from two places where you aren’t. Would have thought this would be a primary function of an application like this. Really don’t know what the thought behind this was.

Great easy to read offline maps. Except when I updated, now it crashes on launch:-(
