Warum informiert das App vor dem Einloggen auf neuem Gerät von Sperre , 30 Tage den Gerät wiederholt zu wechseln? Ich habe ein Handy nur eine Woche zum Testen. Was soll ich jetzt bitte restlichen 20 Tage tun?
Impossible to cancel subscription
It is practically impossible to cancel your subscription from the app. DON’T sign up. It is borderline criminal and likely warrants a consumer rights lawsuit.
Search Funktion is limited
I love myclubs but the search engine is rather annoying. Searching in a specific place for multiple sport types does not work. Also it would be great to be able to see every course that is available so search after time and select more than just one sport course. Not having these functions makes looking for new places and courses very annoying. Besides that love the vast majority of courses.
Support
I can’t count on support team. There is no one to answer for 3 days min. Unfortunately it is not flexible at all.

Very flexible and affordable. The app is nice and you get to try out different workouts when you feel like it. Makes the planning and booking very easy and efficient
Geldmacherei
Unübersichtlich, teuer und versteckte Kosten. Wenn man Kurse reserviert, gibt es manchmal keine Rückmeldung, ob es klappt. Hohe Kosten bei Stornierungen (man zahlt eh schon ein Abo und dann noch drauf!). Keine Kulanz bei Schwangerschaft oder Krankheit.

Great idea, terrible execution.
Not being able to carry over points to the next month is very pitty. Also, cancelling your subscription is an absolute pain. It is not possible to cancel it via button in the app but you need to watch a tutorial online where they show you a tutorial on how to contact a support in your app asking for a cancellation and then you wait 3 days for someone to get back to you? On top of that, you need to think about it minimum 7-days in advance, otherwise you have to pay for another month. Those are all the ways they’ll sneakily taking money from customers. One would think that these tricks are a matter of the previous decade. Also UX of the app is absolutely terrifying. It’s difficult to find anything, it’s lacking information about the rules or equipment of the sports centres etc…I love the idea of myclubs but the execution is terrible, especially considering the price.
Mieser Support, keine aktuellen Infos
Es werden Öffnungszeiten oder allgemeine Infos überhaupt nicht aktualisiert. Bin schon 2 mal vor einem geschlossenen gym gestanden. Ticket hab ich schon gebucht, also konnte ich auch nicht mehr wo anders an dem Tag gehen. Ich habe auch den Support schon auf sowas aufmerksam gemacht und dass Infos die seit fast 1 Jahr nicht mehr stimmen bitte aktualisiert gehören. Wurde einfach nach zweimaligem Bittgesuch nicht gemacht. Wäre eine coole App, aber nur wenn man sie aktuell halten würde sonst eher nutzlos. Für den Preis eigentlich eine Frechheit. Nachtrag: ich habe es 3 mal im Chat gemeldet, Antwort war, dass die Sportanbieter verantwortlich sind und es geändert wird. Nichts passiert. Bitte kümmert euch selbst darum alles aktuell zu halten wenn ihr Verbesserungsvorschläge von Kunden nicht ernst nehmt.
Tolle Idee - Bessere Filter notwendig
Die Idee finde ich toll. Leider kann man in der App nur bedingt suchen und filtern. Man kann nicht sehen welche my Clubs Sportanbieter es in der Nähe gibt (Kurse an jeweiligen Tagen in Karte sichtbar) und auch nach Sportart lässt sich nur schwer suchen. Hier würde ich mir eine Verbesserung wünschen.
Apple doesnt let me give feedback
Just wrote here many points what to improve, but Apple is not publishing my feedback. Anyway, would be nice if you asked your users what to improve to avoid Apple's funny policy. Can you make sure to filter women and mom classes? I am a man and obviously not the target group. It does not make any sense that you did not implement this earlier. Also would be great to remove certain studios from the search.

Ich finde die App grundsätzlich sehr gut und auch das Sportangebot ausreichend. Was mich stört sind die langen Wartezeiten bis man eine Bestätigung seiner Buchung bekommt, teilweise erst am selben Tag wo das Training stattfindet.

A lot of the clubs are in places with poor cellular reception and/or poorly staffed without clear myclubs QR codes. The check in model is broken and leads to unpredictable fines. Seeks to exploit rather than serve. Hard to get money back with poor + slow service. Stay away. Yuck 🤮

Late Cancellations & No Support
Classes get rejected last minute, leaving you with no time to rebook (It happened to me three time!). App’s Support simply repeats policies and offers no solutions. Not dependable if you want consistent workouts!

Advanced but really fun, quick intro and authentic exercises
Love it BUT
Its great, that you can try all kind of sports and put together a plan that works for you BUT it would be even better if you could also join online classes with a unlimited membership and if it would work as a credit system. Sometimes you would like to attend two different classes per day and somedays you do not want or cant attend any classes.
Cancellation Messages
If you do not show up for a workout you get a "Friendly Reminder" message that you should cancel the workout if you can't make it. Thanks myClubs, but I would have cancelled if the gym would have let me! They will still subtract the workout from your 10-block card, regardless.
Social Aspekt fehlt- sonst einwandfrei bisher
Ich finde die App macht was sie soll - sehr gut Mir fehlt der Vernetzungsaspekt ein wenig - wie bei Eversports wo man sieht ob Freunde auch bei dem Kurs sind oder nicht etc Vielleicht wird das ja in Zukunft mal möglich sein - wäre fein!
Unübersichtliche App mit unnötigen fehlerhaften Funktionen
Also zunächst mal, versteh Ich hier die Positiven Rezensionen kaum weil es gibt sicherlich mehrere, die da etwas anders denken. Ich möchte es nicht unbedingt aussprechen, aber es sieht so aus als ob diese App eine KI erstellt hätte. Die Ortungsfunktion rechts oben hat keinen Sinn, weil sobald ich Standort Burgenland wähle, kommen die selben Studios vor. Der Entdecken Reiter wie der Such Reiter sind ein und dasselbe. Die Profil Einstellungen sind absolut wertlos. Kurze Frage, warum mal nicht etwas professioneller das Ganze angehen ?
Cool, aber die App 😶
myClubs selbst ist super cool und ich hatte auch nie Probleme, nur die App ist noch nicht ganz was sie sein sollte. Mit dem neuen Update ist es umständlich Kurse über die Karte statt über die Liste zu finden. Jedes Mal wenn ich zwischen Kurs-Detailansicht und Karte wechsle, werden ALLE Kurse in der Karte neu geladen, was mehrere Sekunden dauert. Momentan funktioniert auch der Button, um den Kurs im Kalender zu speichern, leider nicht.

My clubs is simply perfect if you're interested in many different sports and not always in the same area. I go to a Pilates studio that's close to my work and a gym close to home without paying crazy fees for each studio. I love it!! Besides it's the only gym I know I Zurich that doesn't charge you for pausing your membership or requests a two years contract like ALL THE OTHERS DO. AWESOME!
No-show charge even when class attended!
I’ve been using Myclubs for over 3 years now and paying 100-110€ monthly but the customer service and quality keep getting worse while the price keeps increasing! I attended my class but forgot to scan the code, and even though the trainer remembers my attendance and can confirm it cause I was the only English-speaker in the class, I was charged with a no-show fine! Throughout the 3 years in the rare occasion that I forgot to scan but the trainer confirmed my attendance, the fine would be cancelled. But now regardless of the trainer’s confirmation the fine is charged! 10€ isn’t much compared to the 110 I pay monthly but I’m tired of the greed and will not have it anymore! I’m leaving the app and never coming back! It’s not worth it anymore!

Excellent variety in clubs and activities in Zurich. However quite expensive. Would like to see an option for more that 8 workouts per month

Favorisierte Studios kann man nicht mehr anzeigen - Suche dauert viel länger und ist umständlicher. Bitte in einem Update unbedingt wieder einbinden!

Very Un-Trustworthy
The app is very buggy and when there‘s errors the customer service is always impossible to reach. It is designed to be extremely hard to find a way to cancel your subscription and sometimes the system does not work so you can‘t cancel on time, even though you tried. it looks like this is on purpose just to keep you in the loop of subscriptions even though you did everything you could to cancel customer service will tell you it was your fault. it used to be a very good service but it looks like it‘s turning into a scam. very disappointed.

Potential for improvement
Globally the app is great and consumer service as well. I struggle with: - adding/removing classes/clubs from my favorites - adding/removing recommendations (swipe right/left doesn’t work) - adding to favorites a class (specific name and day) and not automatically all others with the same name & studio but at another time with another trainer. - self service to put membership onhold/reactivate - class reminders (not through my calendar) - filtering into classes in English & types of sports

Don’t waste your money
I bought this to use a few real gyms during a 4 day stay in Zurich as it was recommended by the hotel Most of the instructions are in German so not really designed for Tourists but I visited the second gym and it didn’t have any staff to log you in. Cycled to another and it’s the same so you can’t use it at the weekend. You also can’t contact support at the weekend where I scanned the gym and it used a token. Better paying to visit Migros which is at least guaranteed entry.
Seit dem neuen Update leider mühsam
Ich liebe euer Angebot, aber mit dem neuen App Update bin ich leider nicht happy. Folgendes fehlt mir: - die Favoritenfunktion in der Monatsübersicht. Jetz muss ich alle Kurse vom jeweiligen Tag durchscrollen :( - man kann nicht mehr Bezirke in Wien auswählen. - aktuell geht auch die Kalenderbutton nicht, um den Kurs direkt in den Kalender zu speichern.

It gives you the awesome oppurtunity to discover the city and all it has to offer but at 169chf per month its overpriced. I was ok with their starting price of 149chf.
