Es funktioniert wieder
Mit der App REDMOND funktioniert alles. Oder: Schaut bitte im Roboter-Forum "Tesvor x500 mit App verbinden". App für Region China(!) registrieren und den QR code aus dem Forum nutzen. Klappt!

Um euren Mamibot wieder richtig nutzen zu können, müsst ihr die App wechseln und die Firmware des Roboters updaten… Geht recht leicht mit einem Windows-PC und wird alles erklärt. Einfach googlen nach: how to upgrade you WeBack app to tuya-based app Dann sollte es der erste link zu mamibot.com sein und etwas stehen wie EXVAC880 and EXVAC890 have different firmwares… Da könnt ihr dann die Anleitung runterladen (die untere Datei) und die Firmware (obere Datei) Dann geht die Raumaufteilung wieder, der Akkustand, einzelne Räume können benannt werden usw. aber das dann über die SmartMamibot App, hat für meinen Mamibot 880er super geklappt und nun läuft das Ding endlich wieder per Handysteuerung… Die WeBack App ist tot…

HELP PLEASE
I cannot connect my Tesvor S6 Everything goes smooth and it even connects to the WiFi because I can hear it saying “connected to the WiFi” however, on the next step, which is “ registering device into smart storage” it freezes and therefore never adds to device in the WeBack app. How do I fix this? Is there something wrong with the storage connected to this app?

Stopped working
About two months ago the app stopped working. It would not sync with my robot vacuum. Both the app developer and the vacuum company have not responded to my requests for help.

App never shows square footage cleaned
Not sure if that’s not a feature on all models of the vacuum, but the cleaning area/cleaning time never update for me. They remain at zero. As others have said, “smart clean” is not very smart, as it will often miss my kitchen depending on the seemingly random way the vacuum starts and stops. That being said the app otherwise works fine as a remote to start and stop the vacuum, tell it to go charge, etc.

Nothing ever works!!
Not only are the appliances linked to this ap garbage (Tesvor robot vac), but the ap itself never works. Half the time it seems that the server has crashes. The rest of the time it doesn’t show data, or resets and you have to set everything. Every few months I completely give up… but then I optimistically hope they’ve fixed things only to be met with frustration and disappointment.

Apps works great the only thing is the map keeps going away. So I can not spot clean or set boundaries.

While this may not be the apps fault, it’s causing me problems. Every since the newest Apple update this app is glitchy and intermittently works. It is becoming very frustrating.

Unable to add vacuum. Doesn't register to The cloud and gives error after connecting. Its very frustrating please fix it and listen to the complaint in the review almost everyone is having same issue.

Just why?
Why are there adds now? Zero reason why I should have adds in a app for a product I purchased outright. Vacuum works alright but the app has a lot of lag if it works at all. In the 3 yrs we’ve had it I’ve had to reinstall app multiple times when it won’t connect to vacuum at all.

Ever since I upgraded to an iPhone 13 I have this issue: can’t register my device. Could it be because it requires an old band not supported in this wifi? I don’t know but the developers don’t seem to care. What is going on with this app?
Le falta historial y no van las notificaciones.
Sería importante que almacenara las limpiezas en un historial. La aplicación de CECOTEC sí que lo hace. Así se podría comprobar si ha limpiado después de una programación. Ya que el mapa en unas horas se borra. Y puestos a pedir que se pudieran modificar las opciones en una programación, como la potencia a tipo de limpiado.
