Issues to receive code
What is wrong with this app?
I can’t make use of it on WhatsApp and I can’t get any code still please I already had two number and I need them to be sort out okay
My honest review
The app is superb…but the sending and receiving of photos features seen in the preview of the app, is not on the main app features… please check this and if possible you guys should add that feature. Thanks
Update
After updating my iPhone the app have refused to open again showing locked on the screen . What is the way out
Inability to log in
I received an in app notification to transfer my account to call.com which I didn’t and it’s been 2 days and I can log in call.com nor Vyke app
Best app ever I had!
Reasonable prices on call rates and virtual numbers let’s say a bit expensive then free :) but I ll be honest it’s really user friendly app menus good quality clear sound. Push notifications works perfectly. Instant receive incoming calls. I have every thing what I need to be honest. Only thing they should care about in promotions it’s advertising £3.49 for £4.99 credit but once you buy it its £3.49 will be added on your account you will have to contact customer support to fix this. I havent got replied yet but Im 100% sure the developer will sort jt out my request might be the minor bug in app.
Code not reciprocating
It’s not receiving code from Facebook when needed
Add A option to send Image in Msg
its one of the best app if you can just add a option to send or share image in msgs because sometimes we have to send payment screenshots or send a image if this option is added it would be best
Over pricing and imagining
It ia so disheartening that your subscription are soo high and the text rates are soo high for an app that its second number doesn’t accept or send images. Please i can add the image section on second phone numbers
No MMS / unlimited service
No MMS service on the app like it’s displayed on App and play store. Please make an update on the app that will be perfect. I can’t send or receive images. Also include unlimited sms, calls, photo plan. Thanks
Makes travelling so much easier
We have been travelling round the world and Vyke has been a lifesaver for us. Yes you can use WhatsApp if you need to contact a mobile number, but Vyke allows you to phone landlines. As long as the wifi is decent, you can phone most countries for pennies. Easy to top up. Strongly recommend this useful app.
Bad experience
My number has been shared with someone else. My privacy has been violated. It was weird have someone else on my number after the purchase.
Good app
I am using this since 1 year still no problem
Call quality is good but limited features
Would be nice to be able to send photos through the sms feature when you purchase a sms bundle.
Whatapp not working
WhatsApp registration is not working
Nice app
Vyke is great. Kudos to them, still remains the best
Doesn’t Send WhatsApp Code Not Professional
I’ve been using Vyke for a couple of years not until my last purchase, I bought a 3months US number unfortunately I didn’t received code for WhatsApp. This is the most useless app I’ve ever seen in my entire life and I need a refund 😡😡😡
Great
I love the app, doing everything I need
iPhone app does not work
The iPhone app opens but does not open your data or allow calls for at least ten minutes .
Vyke
I’ll give it a three star because of the high rate of credit deduction.
I appreciate this service
I have been using Vyke from last 6 months very good experience with Vyke, I only miss 2 things 1) First thing that I wish I am able to change ringtone 2) second the more important thing while I am on call and some other guy call I am unable to give other caller identification that I was on another call But overall experience is really best the rates are not too much high I appreciate the service 🙌
Return my money
I purchased a UK number with Vyke and until now I haven’t see the number that I bought!! Refund
Profile not creating
Hello, I’m trying to buy a number but is not creating the profile so I can pay
I hate this app
Why do they keep blocking my WhatsApp and why aren’t my messages getting delivered to whoever I’m sending it to after purchasing a bundle
Good
Vyke is a wonderful app compare to others, no issue of banning you after you have subscribed like other apps I only have issue that you can’t send pictures while texting . Please try and do something about it,
Great App. Been using this for 3years
I have enjoyed every bit of this burner app. I recommend
Doesn’t open WhatsApp
Number doesn’t open WhatsApp again Why is that
Photo and picture
I can’t receive photos or send photos that’s the only prob I have.
Great product but Confused leadership
Indeed its a great product specially for business registered in multiple countries. all numbers in one — Service Quality is good and so is support. Why two stars: I was trying to add my vyke number as authenticated number in my apple id but wasn’t receiving the code and all calls would get disconnected. I reported on support and to my surprise i received the following answer “ We block Apple verification codes in association with Apple to stop fraud sorry” Which seems to me very illogical i mean if apple users are fraud then why offer iOS app? If not then use better tools to prevent fraud instead of blocking all the genuine cases.
Super App
Vyke is awesome. Simple to use and easy to learn! Clear voice calls and instant sms. I like the fact that voice messages are separated from sms box. I will rate the app %85 because there’s no mms. You can’t send or receive pictures and videos which makes the app a little boring. I’m hoping that would be looked into and make it available for users.
Very good
Very pleased with Vyke as a second number and LD call solution. If any problems, customer support is excellent
Doesn’t work
The app and service is junk, have made a payment then the service stops working
Expensive but good service
I am using it for the first time although i found it best but its pretty expensive for texting. I mean should have some bundle for it.
Can’t login
Vyke won’t let me login in on another device. I was using an android phone and now I just got a new device (iPhone) and trying to login. It keeps telling me it can’t register my number whereas I am logged in on my android.
Pictures or videos
Why can’t I send pictures or videos through vyke?
Amaaaaazzziiinnngggg
Vyke is a life saviour and amazingly economical. Just loving it
Doesn’t work not professional!
The personal greetings inoperability has cost me tons of money because of printing costs involved using this company’s services. this app is also mis advertised stating it can be used professionally for work. That is not the case if you cannot record a personal greetings for missed calls. Waste of time and waste of money. Not even sure if calls go through. Now no option for voicemail personalization. I’m sorry I ever chose Vyke. They wouldn’t even correct the issue after emailing tech support. Don’t be sorry like I was. That’s my review. What a mistake choosing Vyke.
Good app. Better than Skype
Found all the changes made to Skype very frustrating. Vyke works well and offers cheap calls. I have a uk phone number which allows people to get me anywhere in the world at no extra cost to them or roaming charges for me. Win win.
Bad
It’s so bad that we can send pictures and multimedia messages even gaffer paying premium…. We should be able to do this things
Good app but voice quality isn’t good
The app is good but voice quality isn’t good Same number if i call from gsm is cleae but when i call from vyke its very unclear My internet us very good 150mb wifi And 80 mb 4g The voice is suppressed by vyke Other wise other things are ok
Good app, I like it
Very good app for virtual numbers.
Urgent attention, I order à France and I didn’t receive what I order. What’s the problem?
I didn’t receive what I order. What’s the problem? I ordered a France number but up till now, haven’t receive anything. I need your attention.
Good service
Call charges are reasonable but SMS gets charged . Service is brilliant
Cannot receive txt messages from BIK
Messages from BIK are not going through
Keeps crashing
Great idea and it did work. Unfortunately after accidentally deleting it and re installing it now just keeps crashing
Does not allow to register anymore
Can’t signup
I open my vyke app and all my number disappeared.. why
I open my vyke app and all my number disappeared.. why
Works well enough. Good support.
App works fine. Good technical support.
Used to be better
The service is very disappointing these days. Calls not going through or being cut off. How do I get my unused money refunded?
Should b work without vpn
Its best app ever i seen but the problem is that it works only via vpn in my country so sometime or mostly vpn not connected so i missed calls
