Love the new update
yourWeight is my go to app for tracking weight
Update has ruined Widgets
With the latest update, the widgets have most of the vertical space taken by text and a very minimal amount of space for the y-axis of the actual graph. To make things worse, the y-axis now ranges by a large amount, so effectively this means your widget will look like a straight line no matter what. Why did you ruin an otherwise perfect widget?
Pretty good
I like the app, but wish the remaining weight loss and target goal was more prominent on the app. I wish the circle told you current weight and then you could swipe to see pounds lost. I also don’t think the milestone screen is helpful. So right now I’m using two apps. This one and Weigh In.
weight with decimals
Love the app but would very much like to see decimal point weights rather than whole numbers.
Nice app, but…
Doesn’t sync with Apple Health as stated. I have to manually add weight even though all permissions have been granted. Looks nice, but not fully functional.
Awsome!!!!
This app is none short of stellar it’s amazing 🤩 it has milestones and you can see your BMI and everything!!!!
Only for weight loss
I tried the app because I’m underweight and trying to gain. After setting it up, it’s clearly all about losing weight with a big TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS tracker on the main screen, which is exactly opposite of my intention. Why is it so hard to understand that some people need to gain weight?
I like it!
Simple, and therefore genius!! One thing I noticed: I have a 38mm Apple Watch, and whin in the BMI screen the dots at the bottom of the screen go through the BMI number, and the description (like "Normal") cannot be seen without scrolling.
Useful, but overpriced
There’s only one function I actually want to use, but unless I want to pay an exorbitant price or an ongoing fee which itself far exceeds utility, I need to put up with ads that steal VoiceOver focus. Furthermore, just to add a sense of greed by the developer, they also have a tip jar function in the app.
Simple and clean with some bugs
Was looking for a simple, clean way to enter my weight via my Apple Watch and have it synced with HealthKit. Unfortunately, when I try to add a new weight the watch app gets stuck on “Adding Weight, please wait.” Hopefully this gets fixed as I spent a lot of money for the lifetime membership.
Mobile app
Easy to use, super simplified. Can track how you look if you want to. Everything is color coded, and the app can send you reminders on when you should check your weight (determined by you). It’s nice to see the journey unfold.
I changed my unit of measurement and got kicked
I changed my unit of measurement from lb to something else not kg either. Now I get instantly kicked out of the App whenever I use it! Please fix this because it’s a great app other than this problem!!!
Works okay
Does its job very well. Only a small bug when updating my weight multiple times a day. When updating the value might set to 0 instead of the given value.
Only for the widget
ok app but i hate that i have to use the health app in order to do anything in the yourweight app. Couldn't change the starting weight unless you reset through multiple points which is such a hassle but even then it didnt work. I like it for the widget since it's like a countdown/milestone to help track weight loss. If users could make adjustments and changes within the app instead of going through other apps it'd be a great.
Simple but useful. Cool app!
One comment though, can you add "ft" unit on height? :)
Great Simple App
Ease of use makes this a perfect weight management tool!
New update crash!
App updated last night and now it crashes when I try to open it.
Buggy watch app
I paid for features to be able to directly enter weights on the watch but it doesn’t save changes on it. I would give it a better rating if this was rectified.
Ease of use
Very easy and fun to use. It helps me stay on track.
Not working
Not happy I purchased this and it does not work I don’t understand
Very responsive developers
The developers released an update last week that broke the app for me. (Not compatible with my iOS version?). I complained and within two days they fixed it in a new update. Super impressed! I’m also very happy with the app. Easy to use and does everything I need for weight tracking.
If you work in stones and lbs don’t even start using this app
As soon as I saw it wanted you to input stones with decimals and not stones with pounds I stopped using it. If you work in stones then you do not convert lbs to a decimal of a stone. There are 14 pounds in a stone so it’s not easy to convert in your head to a decimal, I’m not going to use the calculator app every day to convert the scale readout to decimal, I’ll just use another weight recording app that does allow entry in stones and pounds. If you add in proper stones and lbs recording then I’d probably use this over other apps as it actually looks ok. But it fell at the first hurdle for me.
App not working
Your Weight:Weight Tracker is not working and I cannot get anyone from Support to respond to me. I am afraid of losing 10 months worth if data.
...
app looks great and is exactly what i want, but doesn’t work. when i go to input data, im met with a blank page!!
Perfect
i had some apps to follow my weight but this app is super easy to use and follow ur weight
Rubbish - doesn’t import weight from Apple health
It says “no weight data found”. Delete
Great App and Developer
This app is great and keeping me motivated and on track for my weight loss goals. The developer is super responsive. I love the widgets!
Cannot enter today’s weight
The app on numerous occasions has not allowed me to enter weight for the current date, possibly because I live in a time zone many hours ahead of the developer ‘a time zone. I therefore don’t want to use the app anymore but am unable to delete it from my phone.
good
this kept track of my weight
Apple Watch portion totally broken
I spent the $.99 In-App Purchase to be able to enter my weight on my Apple Watch, but when I attempt to do so, my watch says "Purchase 'Enter Weight in Apple Watch' to enable weight entry." Also, if I use my watch to set a goal weight in LB (the other option being KG), it is immediately converted to KG upon saving, even though I have "Pound (lb)" set in my preferences. Also, weird stuff like my height (entered as 67") was converted to 66.925 for some unknown reason, and I've had the iPhone app quit frequently when doing simple tasks like clicking "Done" on the Settings page. I used the in-app "Send Feedback" to report this to the developer almost a week ago, and received no response. Seems like it would be a super-convenient app otherwise. None of the other free/cheap Apple Watch apps seems to allow you to enter your weight for HealthKit. I will gladly update this review if my problem is resolved.
