Good app but one request
I like this app but I wish the matchmaking is equal. In one game I played for the first time, I had to go against someone with 1899 wins. If you can make it so someone with one win goes against someone with also one win, that would be perfect.

Dice needs to be fixed
The dice needs to be fixed in Ludo and Bankroll. I don’t think the developers are taking the maintenance of the games seriously. You can keep rolling the dice in Ludo and not come out the whole game.

Fix Match Monsters
The game is fun to play but it is so OBVIOUSLY RIGGED to keep the game close. You can be CLEARLY winning the game, and they will drop the opponent 4 matches, 3 extra moves and 3 chances to gain extra health all in one turn 😂 That is not fun when an opponent is making bad moves and does not have a strategy. It is pointless to even choose monsters and create a strategy at that point if EVERY GAME will be left up to whatever Plato decides to do. Like I said, fun game, but the rigged aspect of keeping the game close and the health about the same is NOT FUN AT ALL. I will not play on this app until that is changed.
Be careful of predators
Great game but I’ve been on just a week and already had 2 grown men try and seduce me into talking “naughty” with no prior texts. I have no bio, no profile pic and no way of knowing I’m over 18. If you’re a minor or your child has this app, beware. I suspect they would not have minded if I was under 18 as they were obviously very desperate and gross.

Most games rigged
Most of the games are very clearly rigged. All of the skill and strategy games are not based on skill or strategy. If anything the players that make the stupidest moves get rewarded the most especially if you win too many games in a row the algorithm will ensure you do NOT win by any means necessary regardless of how ridiculously obvious the rigging has to be to make up for how horribly the other person is playing. The game will give them exactly what they need every single turn. People shouldn’t get punished for playing well and if a game is called a strategy game, winning and losing should be based on how well each player strategizes.

So many men are on the app either A trying to get some S3x or are on there just to see a woman and be aggressive towards them. How does this make playing fun? I need a way to just turn off communication all together

Soccer game in plato
In the soccer game , in the ranking section, you made it so that players compete two versus two, which caused each player who feels they perform better to insult the other, using profanity and disrespecting their opponent. Please change the new ranking update from a two-versus-two format to a one-versus-one format.
People keep joining games, resigning, and then I can’t play for a minute
This gaming platform used to be my favorite. But they’ve changed it lately that if you start a game, you can’t start another game within a minute. So people are joining and then resigning right away, so I’m unable to play for another minute. It’s so frustrated I’ve deleted the app twice, hoping it was a bad connection on my end. But it’s not. This is a dumb setting and deters me from playing this app.
Very good app
Only game I play on this app is the Domino’s one and it’s pretty close to playing in real life. I recommend this app for the Domino’s. I don’t have any opinion on the other stuff.

Honestly it would be fine if it was more realistic like what do you mean I’m only getting 1’s and 2’s when playing sorry like it’s kinda rigged like I played multiple games first time downloading not one win in uno to like what do you mean I have uno not one card that can win and I swear these are bots and there needs to be a shorter time limit because people take to long and won’t hurry up people are trying to hurry and play like over all this game sucks
I love this game
Truly one of the best apps. Love playing with my friends and family. It does glitch sometimes, but overall great experience.
what a disappointment
The recent update that blocks free-to-play users from sending gifts is a terrible decision. Forcing players to pay real money just to use items earned from daily missions completely ruins the game. More than half of Plato's users are casual players; rich players don't leave heavy simulators or console games for a 600MB mobile app! This corporate greed is driving your biggest audience away. Fix the gifting system!
Hit & miss
Appreciate that the app is completely ad free and don’t even care that some people choose to pay to play or essentially pay to win since they’re the ones that allow me to play without having to spend a dime or sit thru unbearable 2 min unskippable ads imo it’s a fair trade off. my main complaint is the fact that some games that claim to be random or that should be random are very clearly not random at all and it becomes pretty obvious within the first few turns how the game is gonna go to the point where I can start accurately predicting what cards (Ocho) , dice rolls (Dice party and Ludo) or mana (match monsters) are gonna come out for my opponent. If a game is truly random and luck based, I shouldn’t be able to predict a 3-4 move sequence correctly. My second complaint is with Ocho specifically and is mostly just my personal opinion but I don’t think someone should be allowed to play a +2 on a +4 or at a minimum shouldn’t be able to win over a +4 with a +2. On what planet should an inferior card beat a regular card? My last complaint is I wish the countdown timer was shorter.. once again, personal opinion but some of the games the timer seems extremely long and it’s really annoying having to sit there 2 minutes for them to time out especially when some run it down to basically 1 sec and then come back and do it again until the last second.

The game is so good but
It’s really disappointing that the app allows anyone to message you without your consent. It also automatically creates a group or chat room for every game, which feels unnecessary and intrusive. Personally, I don’t want to be forced into conversations with rude or inappropriate strangers. This is especially concerning if children are using the app, as they could easily be exposed to offensive language or disturbing behavior. It would be much better if the app required approval before someone could send you a message — for example, a feature asking whether you want to receive messages from that person or join a chat. That kind of privacy control would make the platform much safer and more user-friendly. And lately it has a lot of bugs for me like it disconnects when I’m in middle of the game and that’s so annoying what happened

Normally I would rate this game a 5 star but they changed something with mini golf and now my screen and others I play with is much smaller and this makes the game much less fun to play.
