Good
force quit all the time
It was good for the first month, however the APP quits itself after the second month so I have only few times successfully logged into my account since then. I tried reinstalling the App and it still does’t work on my phone. Can you please check what happened and why the App quits immediately after I open it. It is terrible that I can’t update my doctor now through the App as requested.
Clunky and lacks intuition
The app takes a long time to load and isn’t intuitive to navigate around. I frequently get notifications that aren’t relevant for my stage of pregnancy. Nevertheless, it’s comforting to have an integrated system to collate relevant information in one place.

Really terrible user experience impossible to log into and difficult to navigate clearly not designed by a pregnant woman or with any sort of helpfulness in mind. Will be complaining to the NHS as this is a waste of everyone’s time.

Good for telling me when appointments are but not what they’re for. Only supplies codes medical staff can understand. Thought I had a glucose so didn’t eat, only to find it was a doctor’s appointment. Also travelled needlessly for what I was told is usually a telephone appointment.
Glitchy
Always glitches. Constantly have to re login. Not good. I log I. With nhs and always click to keep logged on and now and then I get thrown out. Had to download the whole app again at one point
Log in trouble
PIN code doesn’t work. Every time I try to log in I have to logout and reset my pin to use the app.

I have to delete and re-download this app whenever I want to use it. It crashes every single time I use it it’s absolutely horrific. Biggest waste of time

I keep getting logged out and it’s really difficult to get logged back in they don’t make it straight forward
Fantastic when it works!
Overall good app, however when it logs you out, it can sometimes be impossible to get in. The app completely turns off repeatedly trying to get in through NHS login.
Login issue
The Bager Notes app logs me out automatically after some time, and when I try to log in again using the correct password, it still shows “Wrong password or email.” This keeps happening repeatedly. Whenever I really need to use the app, I am unable to log in for several days. I keep entering the same correct password again and again, and then suddenly one day it logs in without any issue. This is a major glitch/bug in the app, because the password is correct but the app keeps rejecting it and only accepts it randomly after many days.
Poor
Only been using the app for the last 6 weeks. Random appointments added, without any details on what they are for. Some are blood tests that need fasting before hand, but no details at all on the booking. Only location, date and time. Difficulties logging in all the time and having to reset code. Paper notes are definitely safer. I am seriously concerned about vital information getting missed from both my end and the midwife team.
Have to reset pin every single time
What is the point of having a pin, if every time I enter it, the app claims it’s not correct pin and I have to login again and set it again. Urgh!!!

Useful when it is working, but constantly showing offline storage not working and have to delete them reinstall which is a nuisance.

Not a Badger notes fan
Badger notes frequently freezes. It often requires me to login via the NHS website and receive a security code. It also sends push notifications that aren’t relevant to my stage of pregnancy and can be disconcerting.
Good app but a few issues
Every now and then when you load the app up and have to put the pin in it won’t actually accept it the only work around is uninstalling and reinstalling but it take a lot of time doing so
UI is terrible
I would highly recommend you employ a new UX specialist and re design the front end as the app is absolutely terrible from a users perspective. It’s not obvious where you can click to get more information from appointments. There’s often an overload of information on the messages area so you have to scroll to where you message a midwife. I cannot click on my birth plan option as the options ribbon at the bottom covers it. It’s truly a very poor user experience.
Not great if you have to alter your screen
Information doesn’t display correctly, isn’t great with a screen reader and you have to close the app to go back a section due to app not meeting accessibility requirements. Not accessible at all if you have additional needs which is disappointing since it’s a medical app.
There is a bug
If not used within few days, the pin password is not accepted anymore and I have to go all the way to NHS Log in and request a link to reset password. This happens every time.
App is awful to use
The App is so bad!! Lots of links don’t work, the user experience is awful and it logs you out. I 100% don’t trust that it’s secure based on how poor the experience is. I wish there was another way to use the service

The interface is not clear or user friendly, the layout is confusing and menu options are hard to find.
