Terrible Experience
Please clean this up horrible process - taking 15 mins to order a cake. Had to try multiple times to get payment through - did not have an issue with other are store apps - eg Wegmans
Left App everything gone?
I left the app briefly and everything I have put in my car was gone. Why would that be set up that way?
Frustrated
I had to place order several times. I also had to create account at least 6 times before order would take AND it didn’t allow the special promo code.
Cart starts lit even when empty
So not sure if this a IOS thing but placed catered subs into the cart, went off to look at other things on the OTHER SR app (why 2 apps, couldn’t the main one be changed to add ordering functionality) Anyway came back, after a few mins cart is empty but cart still has the number of items in the cart, you open the cart and it says it’s empty New user of the instant order app so may be something missed during the install

This Express Deli app is so helpful. I wish all stores had an app like this for certain departments like this it makes life so much easier. Thank you ShopRite !

Terrible time ordering. Kept having to submit my payment over and over.
Cart often “empty” after I’ve added items
Lately very often after I carefully select deli items and add them to my cart, I go to submit my order and it says. “Your cart is empty” . This has happened several times. Sometimes I go to the trouble of trying again and the same thing happens. Very time consuming. I have the latest update

It’s great to have this service but the navigation is a bit wonky.

App is simple to use and it’s so great to know when you arrive at the store, there is no wait at the deli counter! Thanks for this amazing convenience.

App wouldn’t acknowledge items in cart!! Repeated cart is empty, when in fact it wasn’t! This happened several times today as well as last week!! A waste of time!!
Annoyed
It took me five times to get it to go through each time I’d have my order in. I go to complete it and it would say nothing in your basket trying to uninstall the app and then reinstalling it and it’s still didn’t work… finally got to go through🙄

I’ve been trying to place an order for Super Bowl Sunday with ShopRite Express, as I simply won’t have the time to cook everything I normally would. I spent two days trying to place a bloody order with no luck! Finally,today, I decided to try my iPad. Voila! Success! At least it worked, but sadly, I wound up spending another $30 to get the deal! It’s alright as my kids are true beasts!😆 Just hope this works in the future!

Difficult to navigate app& stupid digital coupons- just lower the price of you goods so I don’t lose an hour and a half of my life trying to save 10 freaking dollars by slogging through your very slow sloppy app

Now I don’t have to wait in line to buy cold cuts this is amazing
App is questionable
You go through the process of picking all your deli selections and when you get to the cart it's empty. 3 times I had to start over.
Express order
My cart said full but when I opened it it was empty. I had to figure it out on my own.. there’s a glitch …when I order cold cuts it’s fine but when I ordered salads it would knock my other items out of the cart. So I only ordered cold cuts. FYI no one in the store seems to know how to use the shop from home app at all. You should teach the workers how to navigate the app. Very disappointed.
Slice thin
I appreciate that I can order my deli and have it ready. I would appreciate it more if when I request "sliced thin" was honored.

When I got to the store, my order wasn’t even ready half hour later

Website issues
Every time I use the deli feature to preorder, I fill my cart, then go to check out, the it says the cart is empty! There are 7-items in my cart on the screen and the message is that my cart is empty! I’ve written to Wakefern about this issue three times now. Please get your IT people to fix this glitch.

I’m ordering at 10:30 am and app says pick up at 2:30pm. No Thank you. Very disappointed! Will shop elsewhere!
