Excellent!!!
Great application especially for tennis! Good to host and be hosted with. Hope it keeps going!
Cannot log in for IOS
Stuck at the start up screen forever. Can’t log in. This issue has been persisting for such a long time without any fixes. Disappointing
Great app to meet and join others
Absolute gem of an app. Easy to use and able to meet a-lot of players of similar or different level.
App down….
Sadly the app is down and I’m due to play later today.. Need this fixed asap. Please help
Feedback for Rovo
Very useful app to find people to engage with, enjoyed playing tennis with others! However server is sometimes laggy, please work on it! And also players frequently joins into games and then withdraw last-minute creating so much inconvenience, consider giving penalities like withdrawal fees for such cases!
Best customer service and support
I really appreciate Joshua’s proactivity; he was instrumental in helping me recover my Rovo account from 2014.
Unstable app
App is really unstable, always unable to load the Ui. Always having network issues
Stabil
Hope ROVO can be more stable, and used in more countries worldwide.
App is too slow!
I can’t edit my profile or reload the page!
Bug
Please fix laggy bug and often blank page bug
Great app!
App is great and user friendly. It allowed me to arrange tennis games with alot of people and frankly without this life saving app-I will have problem finding tennis players. The only issue is that the app can be wonky at times and unstable. It became an issue when you arrange a tennis game but due to the app being unstable, you may have missed out on details of the game, like venue and other info etc. hope the app developers make the app more stable with updates etc. otherwise , I think it’s one of the best app to arrange tennis games
Regular UI error
I frequently encounter UI exception and unable to see anything. Always connection error, need to improve ur server
Very Useful
Useful to organize sport game. However, you show the popup to go premium, yet when I click it I see only loading animation.
Regular crash and unreliable app
The app itself is good when it works but very unreliable and crashes regularly.
Unable to Connect
Since the update I am unable to login and anything I do just shows me “unable to connect”. Please fix this soon 😞
Best social media app for tennis
Great app to connect with tennis players in Singapore.
Bad experience
Many players just 2.5, but declared them over 3.5 even 4.5+, waste my time
Dear Developer
Please fix issues for facebook syncing , overall the apps is good 👌🏻 . Please updated !!!!!
Important app, rubbish support
This app is so integral in my life. However it fails you at the most impt moment (finding a hitting partner, trying to contact someone etc). It’s so sad to see such a well designed intuitive app have such rubbish backend functionality

Is Rovo down?
21st August - can’t seem to log in. Keep saying “Unable to connect”
Di update dong bug nya
Buat seeting waktu nya susah sekali di geser
Needs to significantly up its game
The app serves a great purpose of connecting and bringing sports players together. However, the frequency where the app is down or doesn’t work just defeats the intended purpose
Great app but technical issues
The app is great but I am facing too many technical issues. There can be slowness, but the most troublesome issue is that I often receive the messages or notifications one day after they were sent.
Rovo brought us together
Wonderful app which has brought like minded, same vibes tennis enthusiasts together
This App is DEAD.!
This App is dead.! Don’t use it.!
Can't login using Facebook
actually, I really love this app. I can find sport games that I like and make friends from it. however, I got kicked out from my account recently and couldn't login using Facebook account. I registered using Facebook and can't login using the same email as my Facebook account. The issue didn't only happen with me. Other friends that I knew from this app also experienced the sae. This is a blocker. Please handle this issue as soon as possible.
Buggy
App is very buggy, but the app’s intention is very good.
can’t login with fb acc.
A great app. Unfortunately, can’t login using fb acc. which was okay till this morning. the following notification surfaced when tried to connect with fb acc. Error App not setup: this app. is still in development mode …. Can please advice on this ? Thx.
Notifications not working
Suddenly not working, but overall a fantastic app … can u pls fix it
RIP Rovo
This app may die very soon. Heartbreaking as it has been lifeline for many sportspersons for last few years. Recent bugs, poor support, management apathy, laggy loading and app response, frequent crashes are all merely symptoms. It all started when the app got into massive growth without figuring the revenue model. It needed larger tech infrastructure to support growth and AWS is not cheap. Now they got no money to pay to developers or to get more servers. Unfortunate to see a great idea go down the drain due to poor management decision making. Hope users are making backup arrangements.
Great app concept but buggy/laggy at times
It’s better than arranging tennis games with messages.
PickleBall not an option
It’s a pity as the above sport is growing in the number of players. Do consider adding as an option, soonest!
APP not working for ios
App is getting crashed on iphone when trying to access discussion section Please check
Problem logging using Facebook
Recent problem to log in via Facebook. Do not provide option to log in via email once account registered via Facebook.
Pls fix the facebook login
It has been months since this went down. Emailed support and got zero response.
Great app but too many bugs
I genuinely love this app as it has enabled me to arrange for tennis games in a very flexible manner and hence compete against great and interesting athletes. It’s however a real shame that it consists quite a few bugs (eg slow loading, wrong threads) so as a user you need to be aware. Really hope they can be addressed. Nevertheless it is still one of the best apps I have used!
Locked out of app
I am using Facebook to access the app. However I have been locked out. Please help.
Crashes on PayZapp payment page
Have been using the app for a while. Though the app is pretty much useful for venue booking, facing issues in PayZapp payment page. The app crashes when tried to book using PayZapp wallet. Also the “Contact Us” page returns 404.
Great App!
Great App that helping us to find friends who have same interests and passion for games and hobbies !
Too many bugs
The purpose of the app is great, but the notifications and ease of use is terrible. I keep having no notifications or false notifications, please fix this.
Hits the sweet spot!
Really good app that solves the problem of getting together to play tennis (it covers other sports too). Matches hosts and players, time and place. Has occasional bugs and lags but overall, it’s useful and relevant. Thank you!
Suddenly locked out of my Rovo account!
The app has been working fine for the last one year. Couple of days back I realised that I have been locked out of my Rovo account and cant log back in. It was like the app got rest or something. Was asked to create a new account! There doesnt appear to be an option in the app to login through my original account!
I can’t able to login
Actually I am member of Rovo app. But now I can’t able to sign in. Actually it’s asking mobile no. If I enter mobile no. it show the number is add in another account. There no option for log out too...
Helpful App
Recommend every sports lover to download and use this App.
Can’t login using facebook
Same issue described by other reviews here. Pls solve asap!!!
A decent app for Tennis enthusiasts
This is a brilliant App to socialise, meet new tennis players and perhaps even get coached. The only reason I haven’t given this app a full 5 star rating are for the following 2 reasons: 1. The developer needs to make a check on the accuracy of the ratings of players cos some players put up high ratings who in reality are not even up to the standard and end up spoiling the game for the entire lot. I would even suggest players who are above 60yrs be marked as Senior players in the app. 2. Coaching notices to be allowed on this app only for certified coaches especially when money is involved.
Missing a lot
App is a great idea, but still missing a lot, for example: 1. Unable to cancel invites 2. Unable to inactivate or deactivate profile, for example when traveling or unavailable for a period of time These little things can create misunderstandings and issues between players. Needs to be more user-centric.
Too slow to get loaded
Its takes so much time to get loaded and some time wont get loaded at all gives me a popup saying requested time out
