Great that you can follow live scores and watch live streams of the World Tennis Tour all in one place. The new design is so much better than before. Well done!
Frustrated
This app last year worked great. Scores came in live and on time as well as live stream. This year I click on match and it’s not the same score as what is listed in tournament page which means it’s not updating at all. When live stream is an option and i click it, the live stream then isn’t available. App is awful? How can this be when last year it was fine. ITF has been around for a long time and can’t seem to get this right. By now this is embarrassing for them.
Updated App is a Dude
Updated either 2024 or 2023 and not for the better. I used to refer to the previous app for live tournament info and link thru to calendar on ITF website. So was content with using it for ITF level tennis. However, I no longer use their app for anything. I don’t like the format, usability, and functionality. I just tried getting today’s final match schedule for a Women’s ITF 100k yet the app’s order of play says there is no scheduled matches for today. So I went to the ITF website which displayed the times for both the doubles and single’s final match times today. I gave the app time to perhaps work out the kinks and glitches but it’s over a year and this updated app non functioning issues continues. I’m deleting this app but will check back next year for improvements. Until then, I will reference ITF website.
50/50
Every evening application doesn’t work... if it works, it’s convenient ......
Good Way to Watch ITF Tournaments
I use the app to watch ITF Tournaments and it’s great to use
Pathetic App
No excuse for a sports app to be this poor.
iOS Airplay not working
Cannot stream matches from app to Airplay enabled devices. Please fix. (Using most up-to-date iOS version).
Big changes with good experience
Few years ago this app was totally pointless, nice to see it has been totally revamped and new features added
Can’t be any worse than it is
This is surely the worst app known to man. Tournaments show no matches currently, when clearly there are matches being played. I can’t even find a player by name, and they surely do exist. It is an embarrassment that something this bad can be produced.
Buggy
Recently buggy and crashes. Very unstable.
Decent
Some features of the app are cool like going to player profiles, but I’d like if you could favorite players and get notifications about them, and see their results.
Bonne appli
Super, ca permet de suivre les scores en direct.
Slow, unresponsive and terrible to navigate
This app makes it next to impossible to actually enjoy following the sport. The app crashes, resets views on draws. Takes forever to load views. Shows loading spinning circles on views. How is this is a released app? Absolute joke.
app is great when it works
New iOS it just keeps crashing on both my phones
Latest update keeps crashing
This App is very unstable on my IPhone 5. Currently it crashes soon after opening.

Terrible
Why’d you make your website even more complicated? Old version was simpler and easy to use. If its not broke, don’t fix it. Zero stars
Super!
Super App, um die Future Tour live zu verfolgen ! 2 Sterne Abzug, weil die Ladezeiten leider viel zu lang sind😕
Nice
Great App
Needs some work
Literally one of the worst sports apps I deal with. Constantly crashes during live events. I have to re-install it practically every time I use it.
Notifications don’t work
The alerts don’t seem to work on your app. I select a tournament or match, press the bell for alerts and then select the alerts I want. But this never seems to save and I don't receive any alerts? This worked on earlier versions of the app so hopefully can be fixed? The app help link doesn’t take you anywhere and the help email address is undeliverable...
👏
Great app! I like it even more than the ATP/WTA App
Utter garbage
Complete piece of crap. Crashes every day. Totally useless. Complete garbage.
Livestreams
Adding livestreams to the app is a great idea. Just one problem for me. They never work. Whenever I click them I just get a spinning circle but no picture. Obviously my star rating would increase significantly if I could actually watch. Aside from that the live scoring is pretty similar to earlier versions and is handy to have.
Embarrassing App for a “pro” sport
This app has so many issues it’s hard to remember then all to write down. The ITF should be embarrassed that they have allowed it to be this bad. A simple app developer can come in and revamp this thing in a week and fix everything but instead they’ve allowed this app to carry on for years not functioning properly. Most days I use the app it gets to a point where it force closes itself once you open it. Once this starts happening there is no way to use it for the rest of the day. Beyond that major issue, scores often flash back a whole set. So you will be watching a match deep in the third set and then all of a sudden in starts showing 2-1 in the first set. Then a match will finish, it will say completed and it was say 6-3, 3-6, 3-0 completed. But it won’t be a retire because I was watching it as it was 5-2 in the third but it will finish and show an old score as the final. On top of those major issues it is just downright slow. It lags like crazy. Most of the time I’m moving a king matches and it freezes and I know now that I just have to wait until I can move again (usually takes 3-5 seconds) to keep looking for my match. I must be the only person still using this app because the ITF takes no initiative to fix any of this for the last 5 years so my guess is they only have 1 user on the app. Either way, it’s an embarrassment to tennis and the ITF.
Doesn’t work anymore
Fix it please
Review
This app is not user friendly. Every time I try to watch a match live it just shows a blank screen (I left my phone on for more than 30min waiting for it to load). It also doesn’t have the draw or any additional details. Please update / upgrade the app so tennis lovers can actually view matches live and view replays.
Bring Back the Old App
The old ITF Pro Circuit app was one of my favorites, Information was clear, legible, and easy to find. With the update all of this is gone. I can hardly read the information ... The print is too small and data seems to be all over the place. I don’t even know where to look. Information overload! I want my old app back!
Worst update ever
Terrible ap. Old one was far better. Can’t even see upcoming tournaments....only live
Suddenly many bug?
I love the app and it was working fine in the last but as of recently the notifications aren't working and I can't see h2h or any match details. Please fix the problems soon.
