系统bug吗
看课程中途暂停换到别的页面再回来，不是页面卡bug点不动，就是自动刷新重进app。订阅专栏的地方也不不好找，订阅太多只能手动滑动找真的很麻烦。但是这个平台还有里面的课程还是非常好的，只希望能修复一下这些小小的bug

内容很好，但是经常出bug
内容是好的，但是软件时常出问题，经常收不到验证码，有时候视频点不开，有时候链接又是错的，还有时候直接app都打不开。

整个app应该只是给皮肤科医生用的，里面有很多免费的学习资料，还不错，可以看到很多大专家的视频直播，还有很多皮肤科医生做的病例分享，还有就是可以在线观看很多大会的直播，要是每场都能回放就好了，就不用大老远去现场了……
没有客服，积分兑换难，答题无法提交
App经常会做一些活动，但找不到对接客服。如果是厂家单独做活动，如果优麦无客服，也请安排厂家客服端口。而且最新更新后，答题提交总是提示无法提交，越来越难用。贝德玛天天在首页做兑换活动，让大家去关注他，积分兑换物品，但是都已经兑换1个多月了也没有收到物品，也没有客服可以联系。看看留言区吧。优麦医生本身觉得它挺专业的平台，但如果App里的厂家都是这样的骗子，这个平台也好不到哪里去。
