따릉이 너무 좋아요~
벌써 4년째 연간회원권 이용중이에요. 매우 만족하면서 사용중이에요. 자전거만이 아니라 모든 공공이용시설의 롤모델이라고 생각되네요~
CAN NOT PAY 추가요금!
I went over a few minutes over the 1 hour limit and it's asking me to pay an overage fee. I input my card info but it never accepts it and gives me an error since it only accepts Korean cards! whereas it accepted foreign cards for the 1 hour pass!
자전거 대여가 오류가 날때가 있어요ㅠㅠ
자전거를 1시간 이내 타고 대여소에서 다른 자전거로 바뀔때 이상하게 대여하는데 시간이 5분이상 걸려요ㅠㅠ 바로바로 안되는데 왜그러는걸까요🥹그리고 처음 따릉이 앱 킬때 로그아웃되면서 500뭐시기 오류가 났다고 하여 로그인부터 다시 해여하는데 이것도 고쳐주세요ㅠㅠ
로그인 안되고 앱키면 네트워크 통신 오류
라고 뜨는데 몇일째 로그인이 안됩니다 :; 저만 이런것 같긴한데 .. 이상한 오류가 있네요
중요한순간에 지도못봄
따릉이 대여하면 왜지도 안보여주나요 지도 누르면 자꾸 대여화면으로 돌아가게하고 따릉이 주차장 찾느라 힘들었음
진짜 최고
서울인인데 왜 이런 어플이 있는지도 모르고 살았는지… 런던에서 맨날 30분 반납 자전거 타면서 너무 좋다 했는데 따릉이도 24시간 내에 계속 반납하고 탈 수 있는 제도라 너무 좋아요 지도도 잘 되어있고 장소도 많고!!! 따릉이 대여반납존 많아지고 어플이랑 지도앱 연동된다면 더 좋을 것 같아요!
Does not work for foreigners
WAF rules blocked the ip of my carrier. Git around that using a vpn to be unable to unlock the bike at all using camera or manual entry.

따릉이 좋습니다.
7년차 되어가네요. 기능이 계속 추가되어서 편리하기는 한데 가끔 앱이 좀 무거워진것 같다는 생각입니다. 이정도 기능이면 해외 공유자전거 앱개발을 해도 되지않을까 싶을만큼 잘 만들어진 프로그램이네요. 따릉이를 사용할 수 있도록 관리해주시는 분들 모두 고마워요~

렉이 좀 걸려요
너무 편하게 따릉이 이용하고 있는데 임시 잠금이 렉이 걸릴 때가 좀 많아요! 그래도 자전거 유무 확인할 때 편하게 쓰고 있습니다!

빨간색 1 이거 왜 안 사라지나요?
사용하고 나서 앱에 1이 계속해서 남아 있습니다. 메뉴 전체를 돌아다녀도 어디서 이걸 없애야 하는지 알 수가 없네요. 이것 땜에 매번 로그아웃 했다가 다시 접속합니다.
공유 모델의 성공작
자전거 없이도 자전거를 즐길 수 있는 따릉이는 공유 모델의 성공작이 아닐까 한다. 초기에는 앱 사용의 불편함이 다소 있었지만 지금은 아무런 무리 없이 사용할 수 있어 좋다. 특히 자전거 위치가 표시된 지도가 편하다.
this app sucks so much
why have a ‘foreigners’ section if they’re unable to use it? i was getting blocked by their firewall, and have no idea why this could happen. i was on SKTelecom at the time. the firewall did not block when WIFI was present, but unfortunately it was not near my local bike rental spot. i tried even using a VPN and buying an e-sim but it didn’t work. very sad, i just wanted to ride a bike :( very stressful trying to figure it out by myself at the bike area

정기적으로 따릉이 애용하고 있습니다 가끔 마이너한 버그가 발생할 때도 있지만, 전반적으로 앱사용에 불편함 없이 잘 쓰고 있습니다. 바라기는 조금만 더 세련된 UI로 개선된다면 더할나위없이 좋을것 같습니다. 감사합니다!
Only works on WiFi
App has a really low request time out so I could never get it to work on my international data plan, I basically had to figure out what bike station would be near a spot with fast enough WiFi that the app would work without constant errors. And figure out where I was going to dock beforehand as well. 2 stars because Seoul has great bike infrastructure all along the Han river so it was worth the hassle
Attention!!! Not working on foreign eSIM like Klook
The app constantly crashes when I’m using mobile data provided via KLook eSIM (SKT Korean provider) and only works on Wi-Fi. As a result, it’s impossible to unlock a bike, even after purchasing a pass.
따릉이 너무 좋아요
앱도 너무 편리합니다.... 아직더 키오스크로만 빌릴 수 있는 타지역 공유 자전거 이용하다보면 따릉이는 그냥 선녀임... 고장 신고도 바로 되는 것고 넘 좋고요....

가본적도 없는데요 지하철 안에서 잡으면 항상 신내동인데 수정해주세요 그냥 시내중심가로 해주시던지 맵도 한번 밖에 안줄여져서 옮겨오기 상단히 번거롭습니다
만능 따릉이!
대중교통을 이용하다보니 항상 따릉이가 필요해요! 어딜가든 따릉이 정류장이 어디있는지 확인해보고 움직이구요. 애매한 거리면 항상 따릉이 이용하고 다녀서 없어서는 안될 중요한 교통수단이 되어 버렸어요~!! 고장도 어플로 신고하면 바로비로 접수 되고, 큐알 바로 찍어서 이용하기도 좋아요! 따릉이 정류장이 많이 생겼으면 하는 바람입니다~!!!
Poor App for Foreigners
I could only get so far and it would kick me out. Finally I consistently got a network error and could t get in at all. I used the Kakao T app for e bikes and it was great. I recommend using that.

Good service, bad app
Maddening how the app loses your pass when it is unloaded from memory - had to type in the pass number about 5 times on my otherwise enjoyable ride. iPhones have storage, tell the devs to use it!
반납안되는것좀제발고쳐주세용 ㅜ
이동할 때 잘 쓰고 있습니다. 고객센터나 추가 요청같은 부분은 답변이나 피드백도 빠르고 잘 운영되는 반면, 반납이나 대여 부분에서 에러가 좀 많이 나는 것 같아요. 보통 지하철이나 버스 잡으려고 바쁘게 가는 경우가 많을텐데, 반납/대여한다고 바로 되는게 아니라 로딩시간도 있고 그것도 자전거에따라 달라서 불편해요. 이 부분만 이용자들이나 상담사들이 더 편리하도록 개선되면 좋겠습니다.

very barely works
the app being this bad kind of irks me as a foreigner having been in seoul for three months because actually riding the bikes is amazing both for leisure and to get places. the only reason i can rent a bike through this app is because i have memorized everything that can go wrong with using the app (and there are now more things going wrong that sometimes stop me now). first of all, the app blocks any non-korean ip address, so when you are using a travel sim that’s routed through hong kong/singapore, you cannot use the app at all, and it gives a very uninformative message on why. then, when you go to rent a bike, it will take a while after scanning the code to show a popup that is a) half the time broken and b) not translated anyway, after closing that the bike should open. but later when you have used your phone for a while and re-open the app, the app has completely forgotten your session, which means you have to input the pass number you got in your email into the app! and because the app takes the session number as two 4-digit fields instead of an 8-digit number like its given to you in the email, you can’t even easily copy it over either. luckily, it seems like you can return the bikes without the app open but still annoying to check also, i ran over the time limit for one of my passes once and now i can never use that email again, because when it prompts me to pay the surcharges, there is always an error with my payment. i have tried with different cards and also through the website, but the website is even more broken i wish this app can be better because it is such an important part of the city life of seoul and really gives a bad look to tourists who want to enjoy the city

길찾기 기능 추가 하면 좋을 거 같아요
가령 ‘일원동’ 검색시 일원동네 따릉이 보관소가 지도에 핀으로 모두 나타났으면 좋겠고, 네이버 지도랑 연동되어서 따릉이 위치까지 따로 지도앱을 안켜고 갈 수 있으면 좋겠습니다
Awfully designed
There were so many things wrong with this app I don’t even know where to start. I couldn’t get the app to load on cellular data and only on WiFi. The English version does not have full translation. The experience riding was awful, and the bikes were kinda poorly maintained, and the bike lanes are very poorly designed. this city is not designed to be biked in. The bikes were cheap though. Only 2$ for a 3 hour rental. Good if you’re on a budget.

따릉이 앱 덕분에 편리하게 잘 이용하고 있어요. 다만 이용하면서 한가지 개선할 수 있는 부분이라고 느낀 점이 있는데 만약 스테이션에 따릉이가 1대 남아있는 경우에 그 따릉이가 점검을 받아야하는 상태임에도 불구하고 따릉이 추가 배치 요청을 못한다는 점이예요. 이런 경우가 여러번 있어 조금 불편했어요ㅠㅠ
注意⚠️返却確認
ポートに返却したのに、返却になっておらず何時間も借りたことになったため、ペナルティがつきました。その後ポートに戻り何度も返却手続きをしましたが、エラーの繰り返し。5分後にやっと完了して無事返却できました。 移動には便利でしたが、返却確認ができるまで自転車から離れないでください。
Couple of bugs
Maps button is crashing the app on iPhone 14 pro. The credit card input for visa was alternating between app and native keyboard. Bit buggy but can get the job done.

Poor Execution
Poor experience using this app, but it feels like a small/inexperienced dev team got thrown a government contract on a time crunch so they did their best. Heres what needs work. - App is very buggy and freezes a lot. Slow map loading. - If you’re a foreigner if you press the wrong buttons it will forget you opened the app and kick you out - if I give an email use that as a temp account instead of locking the app behind the pass number - get rid of passes entirely and charge per hour, let one app reserve multiple bikes - UX flow is clunky and instead of a pipeline has page popups - English translations incomplete
