Cannot control the font form for the description box only the Title box. And you have no selection of music? I regret paying a year in advance. My account very unhappy.

It’s okay if you’re not a creative or a maker
I downloaded the app and I was very disappointed in the selection of templates. There is absolutely nothing for handmade items or artists. It’s all corporate, medical and food. I can do better with Canva. You might want to take a look at YouTube and see just how many individuals are out there making their own art, their own crafts and selling. Home businesses offer more than services, they offer actual products that you have no templates for. What about the lady that sells her hand- carved boxes or the guy that sells organic candles, the woman that sells hand-designed drink tumblers, journals, stationery, etc. Get with the program people. The face of American business is changing - Artists want to post more than an inspirational quote (which no one looks at or cares about anyway).

Not only does this not have anything in the industry Im in, but its impossible to cancel my subscription
Software upgrade
I like all the functions of your program but I don't like the fact that I can't put a hyperlink in there to go to a webpage or Facebook page associated with my artwork so people can just click that to visit the associated link that I put in there.
Nice App when It works.
This is a nice and easy to use app, but very frustrating when a lot of the features just don’t work. Very Glitchy! So bad that It’s not useable.
Poorly executed app, oddly info-centric
This app needs to know a lot. A LOT. It only connects to insta if you have a Facebook account, doesn’t like it if you don’t connect to the right Facebook profile, and needs so much information that it’s a little creepy. Meh, it’s a lot creepy. Feels like I have a big brother peering over my shoulder. Get over yourself. You’re a content app. You don’t need to know my dogs name and mother’s favorite color. Weird app. For content I much prefer GoDaddy. Not user friendly. 3 starts because I used one of their content pages before I deleted it. After GoDaddy it was a huge letdown.

Great app - needs new music
I looooove this app!! Been using it for years for work. We just need some new music. It’s getting boring.
Lots of bugs
Lots of bugs and issues so far. Placing logos do not appear in the right place when trying to export. Moving and editing text is slow. Nice background images and video but not very customizable.
Review
A couple of things. I’ve used Ripl for a while and there are a lot of things I like. The Create Video Process is easy to navigate , Good Selection of Templates , & Love the Scheduling Feature. However, My inability to view my downloaded music to upload to my videos is frustrating . Your Selection of music is okay but limited.

Great App
I would like to see the ability to add your own videos with at least 3 minutes of video, ability to add a photo with an option (showing in available templates to select) to leave your photo plain and not add any text. Also the ability to have more than one facebook page. Also the ability to post on personal and page on the web (currently only available on the app when using a smartphone) Ripl also runs slow on web/pc. Make more templates specified to industry to make more personalized to the business s. I prepare taxes I wanna see more templates related to it. Great app!
Not free features! ONLY with purchase
There are NO free features like the most of the apps. In order to use the app you have to sign to one of their packages otherwise doesn't even open. To those who thinking to use the free features don't waste your time as i did. I can't rate the features as i won't even purchase it there are more apps doing the same thing and have free options. Consider adding free features if you want to attract more people. Is simply a way to show how good is your app (if is good anyway)
Renewal
I didn’t authorize a renewal for this app. Our business closed and was charged without notification. I want a refund. Cannot find how to cancel.

I hate what you did with the music, it won’t allow my Apple Music to sync.
Free trial
Not so free I tried the free trial for this app. I enjoyed using the app but wanted to decide on which payment plan I wanted to use before I had that option I was already charged $99 even before the free trial was up. Not sure why it happened that way. I am now fighting with Apple to get my $99 back. I would understand charging me if the free trial what’s up and I have forgot to stop it, but the free trial had not yet ended. So in this moment I am not happy, because that of how things went down.

Good app - too expensive
It is a great app, but to get the coolest features you have to pay. And now they are taking away the freemium version so I will no longer use it.

This has everything I need and posts everything automatically for me while showing me my engagement! Keep updating and adding features and I’ll keep using it! 😄
Easy to use
I’ve been using Ripl for over a year. It’s pretty easy to use and it is easy to duplicate older promo and update text and pictures for a newer promo. I save my best content messages and am able to update as often as needed.
Buyer Beware
I loved this. Paid for it. One of the major elements of the app was the music. Royalty free great atmospheric tunes and holiday sounds. Now they have some crappy service attached with little usable music and you have to PAY $100 a year for the catalogue of complete music. Not worth it at all. What a waste of money. Buyer beware
Almost perfect!
I really like the app, but there are a couple things that really needs to be addressed. First, the ability to edit. I’ve struggled with trying to add text, separate media and finish projects. That needs to be fixed. Second, the audio selections. Jazz music that really isn’t jazz at all. Finally, diversity is lacking in photos. Doesn’t really reflect the country and who’s being targeted. Fix those things and you’ll get an extra star.

Bought this the other day and it won’t work at all and I bet you will take the monthly payment !!!

Love the app, but for the new pricing, there should be a dedicated landscape iPad app. In portrait, it’s just a zoomed version of the iPhone app and not very usable for me.
DIVERSITY!!!
My stars are decreasing the longer I use your app. The sad part is I really like the app but inclusion is more important than anything. Who are the developers?? I mean tomorrow starts BLACK HISTORY MONTH And most of my clients service the African American community. There is not ONE template with a Black History Month Celebration...Why?
Charged me???
I was charged for a premium year and I never wanted this!! I tried to cancel and now I have a whole year to use crap that I’m not going to use. There is no way that I can contact the company. There is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! What a rip off! BEWARE IF YOU DOWNLOAD THIS APP TO TRY IT OUT. RIPL IS A RIP-OFF

Loved Ripl but now can’t get off the sign up to pro screen, I have tried tapping everywhere on the screen and nothing, I can’t proceed to using the free version

I saw an ad and decided to check it out. I downloaded the app but I couldn’t get past much of the first screen before pop ups started asking for money or for me to start a 7day trial. And saying You can’t save or share or save projects until you do. But it doesn’t allow you to move forward. Would be nice to use the app and see if I’m interested before they start hounding me for money. Makes it pretty clear, these developers have one goal. Take your money.
it just won’t load
spent way to much time creating a slide show etc. then it tells me sorry error please try again and i do and same and again error message comes up. . well i’ve wasted way too much time on this app so cancelling the crazy monthly fees it asks

I just downloaded the app, but then I got sent to the Ripl pro deals, and I can’t find a way to get out it, I need some help.
Good app but
This is my second time with ripl but I am finding it hard to post because every time I create a post and save it to my photo album it doesn’t fit screen size on insta or Facebook

Scheduler?
I’ve tried scheduling post and they never get posted. The app will notify me of a post I scheduled but never actually post it. Reason why I paid $20 for it and that function doesn’t even work .
Love it BUT .......
Since the upgrade the Inspiration button doesn’t work. My daily inspiration posts were my favourite feature. Now the inspiration icon is unclickable. Hope you can fix it. Thank you
$150 charged automatically to your account
Be aware, another “free” app that charges you automatically after trial period is over. $150 if you don’t cancel 24 hours before trial period ends. At least they are very clear about it once you have downloaded and opens the app. Gave them an extra star for that.

I wish you could tag other companies in the posts rather than having to go back in to a post on separate platforms and edit it.
