Ik ben enthousiast
Duidelijke en gebruiksvriendelijke app. De boodschappen worden bijna altijd volgens afspraak gebracht, en als dat niet lukt krijg ik daar tijdig bericht van. Ook doorgeven van klachten is makkelijk en klacht wordt goed opgelost.
Disappointing
Took time to place my first order, which seemed easy enough, but it was cancelled by Picnic just a few hours before it was supposed to be delivered. Tried contacting them on WhatsApp to ask what’s going on but just automated messages saying they are busy. Not a reliable service so I won’t bother again. Update: the response from the company seems to assume that I didn’t already try contacting them on WhatsApp - I did. They finally answered and just told me to order again with a €10 voucher. But I already had a €10 voucher in place for my first order as a new customer which was cancelled, so the new €10 voucher makes no difference and is no incentive to try them again. I appreciate technical issues happen and they may have to cancel delivery slots, but when they cancel just a few hours before a slot that was agreed one week prior, on my very first order, and then they take a day to respond to my WhatsApp message leaving me in the lurch and meaning I have to run to the shops before closing to make sure we have something to eat, then I just don’t have trust in them as a reliable company. On this occasion I could only rely on my own arms and legs that ran me to the shops and carried home my groceries in the more traditional manner.
Super Service
Ich bin Mega zufrieden. Die Rezepte sind der Hammer. Seitdem ich es nutze, schmeiße ich weniger weg, muss nicht mehr darüber nachdenken, was ich kochen soll und gebe weniger Geld als im Discounter aus. 👍👍 ich verleihe euch allerdings trotzdem nur 4 Sterne, weil es mich stört, dass die Lieferzeiten bei uns recht spät sind und weil oft Produkte ausverkauft sind und ich dann auf andere ausweichen muss. Aber kann man auch mit leben. Insgesamt einfach ne Mega Sache!!!!!

ineens is onze vaste bezorgdag en tijd alleen nog maar beschikbaar voor bestellingen vanaf 65 euro? te zot voor woorden gewoon! ga zo door en ik stop met bestellen bij picnic! zo kom je wel van je klanten af… ga zo door, lekker bezig 👎
Ausbaufähig
Kategorien in der App sind okay, ich würde mir aber wünschen, dass man auch alle Artikel einer übergeordneten Kategorie anschauen und auch nach veganen Produkten filtern kann. Die Rewe App macht das bspw. sehr gut, da könnte man sich noch eine Scheibe von abschneiden. So wirkt es nicht ganz zu Ende gedacht. Sonst alles in Ordnung 👍
Beste uitkomst van het decennium
Ik heb zo'n bloedhekel aan boodschappen doen en dit maakt het zoveel makkelijker en dat voor een normale prijs, dankjewel.
Recipes cannot be opened in browser
I can't open recipes in the browser anymore, which I used previously to translate them.
Gemakkelijk
De app werkt zeer makkelijk. Er is veel te krijgen maar wat er niet kun je aanvragen. Problemen met producten die niet goed zijn, worden snel en goed opgelost. Gratis bezorging is ook heel fijn. Minpuntje: sommige producten zijn erg duur bv Vanish Oxi Action kost €9,19 terwijl ik die ergens anders heb gekocht voor €3,98…
Je désinstalle
J’aimais bien, mais malheureusement maintenant les prix ont explosé ainsi que les 50€ minimum pour la livraison ça devient bien moins intéressant. Dommage 😕
Geen donkere modus
Helaas is het nog steeds niet mogelijk om in de app de donkere modus aan te zetten. Als ik bijvoorbeeld 's avonds als het al wat donkerder is besluit om boodschappen te doen, dan heb ik last van het felle licht van de app. Bij de donkere modus keer je als 't ware de kleuren met elkaar om, met behoud van afbeeldingen. Je krijgt dan witte letters op een donkere achtergrond, dat een stuk rustiger voor m'n ogen is.

I wish every online store had this service. Instant chat via WhatsApp, not available is alternative for free and money back. Using picnic for a couple of years now 👌
Can’t get past signup
This is the most infuriating onboarding workflow. It’s next to impossible to sign up as a non Dutch person.

Wir sind seit der ersten Stunde dabei und zufrieden, was allerdings fehlt ist eine iPad Variante der App.

Niet leverbaar
Wat erg jammer is is dat Picknick heel laat ongeveer vier uurtjes voor levering met de mededeling komt dat er bepaalde producten niet leverbaar zijn. Dit is nogal bezwaarlijk van mijn kant aangezien ik een blind persoon ben en wel op Picknick vertrouw dat het goedkomt. En het is ook niet mogelijk om dan nog iets te regelen met Picknick daar zou iets voor moeten gemaakt worden, vind ik.
Alles Klasse.
Nehmen sogar das Pfand wieder mit. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
Impossible to use for non-Dutch speakers
There is no way to translate and understand each page unless either 1) shot every screen to feed into a translator app, or 2) manually type letter by letter into a translator because the app does not allow me to copy paste any content!
Gute App bloß mit SEPA machen
Finde es schade das man dies nicht über normale SEPA machen kann….. Aber ansonsten gute App ❤️❤️
Livraisons hasardeuses mais prix attractif
1 livraison sur 2 est défectueuse , c’est à dire qu’elle arrive 50 minutes après ou elle est annulée. C’est sympa de proposer des gestes commerciaux mais au bout d’un certains temps il faudrait peut être revoir son système de livraison (catastrophique ici). Hormis ces énormes problèmes les prix restent attractif malgré le faible assortiment.
Nieuwe profilering
Ik zie dat Picnic zich nu profileert als dé online supermarkt voor families. Dat maakt me als single wat verdrietig, omdat Picnic altijd voor mij voelde als een match voor mij. Kleinschaliger, laagdrempeliger, leuke jonge mensen.
Great UX
I recently had my good experience purchasing items from Picnic, and I thoroughly enjoyed the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX), as well as the additional free offers that could be included even after submitting my order. However, I encountered a minor setback since the platform currently lacks support for the English language. This limitation makes it challenging to translate words effectively. It would greatly enhance the experience if Picnic could incorporate English language support.
Waste of time
I wanted to try it but yeah guess what? The waiting list more than 2000 !!! Probably you should just shut it down

Dommage
Concept excellent, appli excellente et prix très bien mais la livraison est catastrophique : premières livraisons bizarrement nickel mais les 3 dernières honteuses avec la moitié des caisses manquantes soit disant donnée à un autre client ou « pas eu le temps à l’entrepôt ». Le pompon avec la dernière ou le livreur voulait me faire livrer mes courses, ça a failli mal finir (menaces etc). Bref c’est super dommage tout était parfait sauf la livraison qui tue donc l’intérêt de l’ensemble
Erg achteruit gegaan
Ik bestel al jaren bij de Picnic. Er gaat natuurlijk wel eens wat mis, maar overall een prima dienst met goede service. De laatste tijd is de werkbaarheid echter erg achteruit gegaan. Ze maken reclame met gratis bezorging, maar inmiddels zitten de bezorgkosten verkapt in het family abonnement (7.99 per losse maand of 5.95 per maand voor een jaarabonnement). Je bent haast verplicht een abonnement af te sluiten omdat er anders nauwelijks tijdslots zijn waarbinnen je je boodschappen kan laten bezorgen. Een lijst van 10 tijdslots voor family, maar er zijn er dan maar 2 om uit te kiezen voor hen zonder abonnement. De beschikbare tijden voor de komende dagen? Tussen 7-9 en 20-22. Dat unieke selling point mag wat mij betreft inmiddels dus wel van het lijstje t.o.v. andere aanbieders. Wees gewoon transparant dat het bezorgkosten zijn, of vraag bezorgkosten per bezorging, maar dit voelt doortrapt. Mijn prettige associatie met de Picnic is inmiddels vervangen door irritatie.

Didn’t even deliver
Ordered through the app. Set a delivery time. That time came and went. No sign of the delivery. Avoid.
Zufrieden. Nie wieder anders!
Ich liebe alles an dem Konzept! Und wenn es dann auch noch unkompliziert und gut funktioniert - perfekt! Die App funktioniert top und ist einfach zu bedienen. Die Lieferanten sind immer nett. Sollte mal was beschädigt sein, wird einem auch in Sekunden per App geholfen. Fehlerquote = 0! Das einzige was verbesserbar ist und was ich nicht ganz verstehe… wenn mal nicht im Vorfeld klar ist das etwas ausverkauft ist. Manchmal wird dann eine teurere Alternative für den günstigeren Preis geliefert, was super ist. Manchmal aber nicht - auch nicht für Dinge wie zB letztens Pommes wo es 100% Alternativen gegeben hätte?! Das verstehe ich dann nicht. Und die Nachbarin, selbes Haus, selber Liefertag, bekommt ihre Tüte Pommes. Wotan liegt das? Da gibt’s noch Verbesserungspotential.
Peu fiable
Les commandes payés ne correspondent pas aux livraisons reçues . Les produits manquant à la livraison ne sont pas remboursés. Seule la rapidité de la livraison est correcte.

Excellent and from the stores used..
This was an excellent service. My 87yo uncle can't make it to town anymore so I recalled taking a picture of one of thier trucks back in 2017 while they were doing a pickup at Edeka and Netto.... App was easy to start but English is not an option. Dutch, German and French. App works great. Prices are identical to what I remember I these stores which is awesome! My wish would be a way to sort the screen listings by price.. Thanks!
Drains my battery
This app is infamous for draining the battery and takes too much space on my phone. Also, crashes are sort of everyday things in this app. I am highly disappointed with it and have already uninstalled it. Customer care, please be mindful of user feedback and work on it. Otherwise remove this garbage app from app store

Bon débuts …seulement !
Avec moi ça a bien débuté ,livraisons correctes ,livraisons adaptées à mes besoins,livreurs pros et agréables ,choix et prix de l’assortiment,service client à l’écoute… Puis après ça c’est dégradé ,le minimum pour être livré à augmenté ,les ruptures produits de plus en plus nombreuses ,la facilité pour se faire livrer réduite et le service client qui n’en a strictement rien à faire de vos remarques (il ne vous répond même plus ). Puisqu’ils en ont rien à faire de moi je donnerai mon argent ailleurs :bye bye Picnic!!!
De tracking in de app werkt al langer niet goed
Ik heb al maanden last dat ik de bezorger niet goed kan tracken. Als ik erop tik, laat het locatie zien, maar vervolgens verspringt het ALTIJD. Hierdoor weet ik vaak niet dat bezorger er al bijna is, want zelfs de “nog 2-3 minuten” klopt regelmatig niet. Ik hoef niet per se te volgen, maar nu het er is, dan wil ik graag dat het accuraat is! Kunnen jullie dat fixen? (App is up-to-date)
Simple et efficace
Même si l’appli manque de quelques fonctionnalités/options de visualisation de base, je reste ravie par Picnic ! Livraison à votre porte sans frais, et une majorité de produits moins chers que dans les leaders de la grande distribution ! Que demande le peuple ? Bien sûr depuis quelques mois, une politique d’accroche offensive avec des produits gratuits le temps que les habitudes se créent chez les consommateurs (à grands renforts d’une stratégie de communication qui a sorti l’artillerie lourde, et de gestes commerciaux ultra-généreux..). Au fur et à mesure de mes commandes, je remarque une approche commerciale qui met le client sur un piédestal, je recommande !
App in English option please!
Would love to use this service but relocated to the Netherlands for work and i dont speak Dutch so cant use this. Would love if there was an option for the app to be in English.

Nice product, minus one star for STILL not having English in the app. I mean, how hard is it to add one more language to the app? Getir, Flink, Uber and Gorillaz did it. I believe in you!
The was great until you changed the feed
The app used to recommend me the products I used to buy frequently and it was great because I could go through the list and I new I wasn’t forgetting anything but now it shows random things Im not interested it.. this means making my groceries is now taking me way more time than it used to.. It doesn’t even allow to reorder a whole list or have a favorite section or the most wanted products.. for the rest the service is great!
barcode scanner feature missing
For a supermarket app, having a barcode scanner is essential. When discarding an item, I would scan it immediately to add it to the cart.

No news about deliveries
We decided to try this app after getting good references. We signed up but it has been 3 weeks and the position on the queue has hardly moved. Well, we will continue going for shopping to AH, Jumbo and Dirk.
Home delivery
Home delivery is very convenient but I miss a few items that I can now only buy in jumbo, ah, etc.
