Easy to use
First time using the app was very easy to search for and locate parts required. Great to have access to the IEM part numbers to ensure fittings were correct part.
Wrong parts
I ordered front discs and pads for my VW Passat, however they sent the wrong pads. I paid the extra for the safe order option. But I cannot get any help in returning the wrong pads. Take the piss they do.

Echte Bewertung, Echter Mensch hier! Ich bin mit Autodoc im Großen ganzen echt zufrieden. Ich bin der Familienmechaniker, ich werd immer bei allen Problemen gefragt und helfe bei Service Sachen, wie Ölwechsel und Bremsenwechsel etc. Meine Teile bestelle ich eigentlich immer über Autodoc. Die Auswahl ist Super, ich hatte bis jetzt nur einmal den Fall, dass die Spangen die bei Bremsbelägen mitgeliefert wurden etwas zu klein waren für den Bremssattel. Ein mikriger Fehler aus bestimmt 20-30 Bestellungen. Dazu waren die Spangen in dem Paket für den Belag, also belag, Fett, Schrauben, Verschleißindikator und die Spangen. Im Bereich Passend fürs Auto ist es also Super. Der einzige Wirkliche „störfaktor“ sind Preisschwankungen. Ich wollte für mein Auto ein paar teile für die Wartung bestellen, am Sonntag hieß es 155€, dann wollte ich am nächsten Tag bestellen, da waren die Teile nurnoch bei 122€ da dachte ich Super. Doch leider hab ich verpennt auf Bestellen zu drücken und die Teile kosten jetzt insgesamt etwa 137€. Da kann Autodoc selbst ja nichts für, aber es ist trotzdem etwas was mich jetzt ärgert, weil ich verpennt hab auf Bestellen zu drücken. Jedoch benachrichtigt dich Autodoc wenn du die App zu machst und sachen im Warenkorb hast einmal, dass du sie nicht vergessen sollst. Abschließend, bin ich ausgesprochen zufrieden, und würde gerne eher Richtung 5 Sterne gehen, aber Perfekt ist es halt nicht, 4,75/5 Sternen
Pas satisfait et je me sens volé
Toute ma commande n’a été compatible. J’ai demandé un remboursement, on me renvoie une liste des pièces à renvoyer alors que tout n’était pas compatible. Je renvoie un carton de plaquette de freins et des essuies glaces non compatible avec voiture, désagréable surprise on ne me rembourse que ce carton de plaquette et les essuies glaces ne me sont pas remboursés ! Pourquoi alors toutes ces publicités envahissante. Entre les bras il me reste des articles qui ne me servent à rien , remboursez moi au moins les essuies glaces que je vous ai renvoyé !

Muy buenas, se pueden pedir recambios para motos pero no deja meter la matricula de la moto. Arreglar eso.

Solitamente gli acquisti suggeriti sono corretti ma non questa volta evidentemente. Le pastiglie freno fischiano terribilmente alle basse velocità perché non sono quasi sicuramente compatibili nonostante abbia scelto quello che l’app mi suggerisce con il modello vettura. Dischi nuovi e pastiglie freno acquistati insieme ma non compatibili. Sono deluso.

So simple to use AUTODOC
Found this App after watching AUTODOC repair videos on YT. Mechanics are super cool and spell out exactly what tools are needed. Makes DIY fun having all the information needed before starting. Love being able to roam around the AUTODOC site without having annoying ads or pop ups. Reliable and brilliant quality; can’t put a price on that. Pay the money and the parts arrive; unbeatable in this day and age. Thank you, I’ll be back.

Parts wrong, still service run by idiots and pays take weeks to arrive, and I don’t want to email AUTODOC with details, you had weeks to sort it out but prefer to employ people who just want to anger customers after your mistake, magnifying the problem, I’m not interested in y time helping you, I’ve already got a broken car stuck on my ramp, I’ve wasted an hour on phone to one of your idiot customer service people who just kept copying and pasting your return details to me, so do not contact me again about this issue, my bank has already refunded me the money, I don’t care what you want, all your doing is wasting more and more of my time, I’ve had the money refunded by my bank , I DON’T CARE ANYMORE, LEAVE ME ALONE, you have all the details you need to contact me, you’ve emailed me countless times refusing to refund, and your idiot call centre had my details as well

Bonjour, toutes les boîtiers de thermostat listés ne conviennent pas à mon véhicule pourtant marqué comme correspondant sur votre site un emboîtement de durite est spécifique pour ma voiture et seul le modèle que j’ai commandé aujourd’hui dans une gamme de prix raisonnable bien qu’ayant prix quelques euros en une nuit, sinon la qualité est là.

Terrible service
What can I say, will never use Auto Doc again you order from your reg number wait a week for delivery and it’s the wrong part you then waste an hour and a half on the pathetic live chat, when you finally get to message a real person not a robot that asks you the same question over and over, they ask a technician what part I need I give my vin number wait another week for delivery and guess what it’s the wrong part, so another hour on the chat just to send it all back, just use eBay quicker and a lot more reliable

Poor communication
After refusing a damaged package I’m still waiting for a refund and fed up dealing with a virtual assistant which has got me nowhere , will never purchase from this site again ! Buyer beware…….contacted by supplier and given an email that doesn’t work £102.38 out of pocket . Ai working well it seems, NOT!
