Non payment of withdrawal
I have been waiting a week for payment of my withdrawal of £3,500. There is no email contact and all you can do is speak with a robot who gives you the same answer each time.
Disappointing
It used to be fun playing on your site years ago with fantastic bonuses especially on the daily free spins but now you’ll have to be the LUCKIEST human on planet earth to even get 2 free spins to even entice you to continue playing. It’s become soo transactional and has taken away all the fun.

I think the only gripe I have with this app is you don’t really win as often as you would like, and it’s pretty rare if you win on the free play however, there are so many games to choose from and the lay out within the app is great.
Technical problems
Started playing slot game okay until I was thrown off. Wouldn’t load the game. So I started playing a different game, and the same thing happened again. Disappointing.

I won £1000 around 2 years ago and since then not once have I had a decent win. No longer get bonuses on the game even though I have been a loyal customer/player for a number of years. Should have deleted the app as soon as I took a big win lol. Absolutely Appalling Service
For way over a month now I withdrew £650 and I am still waiting for my funds, they kept on asking for all sorts of documents which I uploaded countless of times and they kept coming back saying one of the documents was not accepted and that went on for weeks, everytime I go on live chat they keep telling me that my funds will be processed as soon as possible that the right team are working extremely hard to process my funds, everytime single day they same the same thing, so this morning I go on live chat and they said the same thing, so I got fed up and told them that I want to put in a complaint about the appalling service I’ve been receiving and they go and close the chat down on me, to be honest I think this site is just a scam and I don’t think I’m ever going to receive my money. I honestly 100% do not recommend this site at all, absolutely disgusting
