If I could I would give lower the 1 star. I book through this company as a “ chipper “ option I did this booking 3-4 weeks before to fly and I end up paying 500£ for 2 people to Athens for economy class tickets one way, with a 20kg luggage (50£). Im mentioning again ECONOMY CLASS TICKETS ONE WAY. I cancelled the tickets in the same day as I was thinking it was expensive. I know will be expensive as was June, beginning of the high season, Greece, etc but not to find out that they will refund me only 113.53€. Almost 400£ in fees?? Is a joke! Reap off. Never again! Do not book through this company!!!

Don’t buy tickets there!!! We overpaid by 50% compared to buying directly from the airline. We received an invoice from WizzAir for £333, but eSky charged us £470. SCAM!!! Fraudsters!!! 🤮🤮🤮

Gdzie się podziały „okazje” i kierunek „gdziekolwiek”?
Pobrałem tą aplikację i postanowiłem z niej korzystać ponieważ była tu opcja „Okazje” i kierunek „Gdziekolwiek”. To było super. Nie rozumiem dlaczego już tego nie ma. Bardzo się zawiodłem gdy dziś otworzyłem aplikację by wytyczyć sobie cel przygody, a tu… zakładki „Okazje” już nie ma 😟 Stąd tylko 2 gwiazdki. Wcześniej dałbym zdecydowaną 5kę
Jest potencjał, trochę do zmiany
Trochę błędów: 1. Brak możliwości udostępniania ofert z apki, a udostępnianie strony internetowej przekierowuje do strony głównej, a nie oferty; 2. Rozbieżności między przedstawieniem oferty w wyszukiwarce, a jej szczegółami, po otwarciu i nie chodzi tutaj o konfigurację oferty; 3. Niepoprawnie działające filtry, wyszukiwanie się do nich nie stosuje, np. wybór konkretnych krajów, a po załadowaniu ofert pokazują się wycieczki spoza wybranych krajów; 4. Brak istotnych informacji w opisach wycieczek (lot+hotel), np odległości z lotniska, czy dostępnych udogodnień w opcjach innych niż all inclusive. Do poprawy i będzie ok :) Plus za liczbę ofert i niespotykane na innych stronach oferty :)

Not quite sure how I ended up booking through a third party, can only blame myself for that. It’s made everything to do with my flights ten times more difficult, can’t check in, reservation numbers don’t appear to work so can’t load my trip to the Ryanair app, can’t check in on this app because it only loads up two months at a time. It’s cost me hours of fannying around to still be in the starting blocks. I usually avoid agencies like these for that exact reason. Hopefully I can get this resolved before the plane takes off but I wont be using esky again and once this trip is done this app will be getting deleted. Fuming here!!!

Very bad company and terrible customer service I wanted to change my flight date they sent me the link to pay for the change I paid for it I didn’t receive a confirmation yet and after four days they asked me to pay more as the ticket price gone up you should send the confirmation immediately after you received the payment

With the last update u remove the options to see “-+ 3 days” the options for the flights to see better flights options. I find it useful and that u remove it is really not logical.Very disappointing. I hope u bring it back.

I am not one to complain but the service I have received from eSky is beyond terrible, I booked my honeymoon flights through them and after a week they could not confirm the flight details even though they took my money. After much back and forth they would not refund my the full amount and told me to book another flight through the airline directly. I’m other words they made the service they are offering completely obsolete and stole £395 from me. The customer service is so bad it’s almost non existent! Rude and incompetent! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

eSky are incredibly helpful. I booked two flights to Goa on the same day 🤦🏽♀️ I googled the number online called them and they refunded my money straight away. Super friendly and helpful staff on the phone. The only problem is I never received a confirmation email for my flights. Again they are very helpful on the phone they gave me my booking reference number so I could log onto the airline website and get all my information. They are terrible with emails you have to do some work and get your own boarding passes from airline websites etc but they are very helpful over the phone. I’ll be honest esky is not super efficient and do not respond to emails very well but they do their best and figure it out so I’m a happy customer ✊🏽

Wish I had not bothered
Downloaded the app as they recommended and keeps saying an error downloading my information. My flight is at 8 in the morning and they don’t release boarding pass until 8 hours before to print. Just what you want to be doing in the middle of the night!
Failure to update travel details
A week before travelling I realised that the luggage booked was insufficient. I attempted to contact eSky through the app 3 times. I had a reply the day of o/g flight asking for details, that I had already given, before they would be able to give me a cost. I replied the next day but did not hear back before the return flight. This resulted in unnecessary expense to me of upgrading at the airport. I would recommend booking directly with the airline & not using an agent.

Only use this app to search for flights. Don’t book any flights through them. The customer service is appalling. They don’t deliver what they promise. You don’t get your boarding passes until the day before your flight, leaving it late to correct errors. It is virtually impossible to contact them. When you do eventually find their contact form - you hit send and you get a message saying it wasn’t sent- all your text disappears and you end up trying over and over again.

Poor customer service - looking for a travel voucher because I cannot travel to the country I booked due to COVID-19 restrictions. No phone line - fine I can understand this but no response to my email enquiry which I have submitted multiple times - absolutely appalling Would not recommend My name is Elizabeth Price Booking reference is PM8MRDX I’ve used the form 5 times in the last 2 weeks with no acknowledgment Perhaps if I give you my details you can find it on the booking system
