まだ、一カ月の使用ですが、毎日各項目のチェックが楽しみです。
Data doesn’t sync to app after first time
HBF702T : Body Composition Monitor After the device is paired, the first time reading synchs and shows up on app. The subsequent readings do appear to perform the sync but on UI the new readings and date and time never updates. Hardware seems to work fine, glitch is on App. Support doesn’t respond.
アップデートにウンザリ
見やすく使いやすく、スマホ連動でデータ蓄積されるので、とてもありがたいのですが、毎回測定データ後にアプリを開くとアップデートの表示。 しかも消せない。 何回も続くとかなりストレスを感じます。 ユーザーは毎回使用前にアプリ確認するわけではないですからね。 ぜひ今後の開発に活かしてください。 アプリのアップデートに毎回ストレス感じているのは私だけではないと思います。

機能は良いがアプデが多すぎる
体重計と接続して使っているがシンプルで必要充分な機能はとても良い。 ただ大した機能追加でもないのに不定期で頻繁にアップデートが多すぎる。それに気づかずアプリを立ち上げないまま記録し続けて、その間の記録が全く残っていない、ということが頻発しうんざりする。 せめてアプデしなくても記録が残るとか、アプデをユーザーの任意にするとか考えて欲しい。

I bought this meter Het7530T paying so much money. The app they provide does not even connect with the device. This is a waste of money don’t buy this device.

最低限の機能だけはちゃんとして欲しい
データが転送されず記録されない場合がある。 余計な機能は必要ないので日々の測定記録を確実に記録できるよう改善して欲しい。

HJA-331T相変わらずアプリが認識しません。早急に対応をお願いいたします。 追記 ダメ元でアプリ削除と再インストールからペアリングを試みましたが、結果変わらなかったです。 早めに改善をお願いいたします。

It’s the best health management app I have ever used.
E5 always - not measuring
I do have a slight irregular pulse /arrhythmia. HEM-7156-T shows E5 while I am not moving or talking and no shaking. The unit refuses to report BP. So not useful if you don’t have perfect rhythm of pulse. The machine is expected to report the counted pulse with a sign for irregular pulse; but it just throws an E5. Useless for me
Installation/Update error!
While installing its asking update software if we proceed accordingly it’s terminating by saying error.
宣伝はやめて
製品の品質やアプリの操作性には不満はないのですが、専用クラウドへの登録やコラムの案内が多く、購入した製品なのに少し違和感を感じます。サブスクでもいいので、クラウドへの誘導やコラムの表示をオフにさせて欲しいです。
Not able to open the app after 30-mar-2026.
App asking for update and forcing to update. But update continuously failing to update. When tried to delete and install again, got update later option but never able to move to next screen after country selection.

No control over data privacy
Foxes user to either delete the account itself or delete each entry one after the other if they want to clear their data. This is absurd way of forcefully restricting user control over their data privacy
Data sync with app not consistent
I purchased omron BP monitor on Mar 5, BP diary is not showing data for all days out of 7 days find missing readings not updated in BP diary . Data shows in app but not getting updated in BP diary

NEED IMPROVEMENTS
In many homes, the same machine is used by different family members, and all the data gets recorded in a single app. Later, it becomes very difficult to find readings for individual users. So, please provide an option to enter a name for each recorded reading, or provide an option to add multiple user profiles. This way, whenever a particular person uses the machine, he or she can select their profile before use, and the data will be recorded and updated only under that profile.
BP on the Go!
Nice application. Fully functional with its associated Machines.. it helps me to contonously watch my BP on the go any time I want.. Keep it up Good Work.. !

I got omron bp 5255 from Amazon USA, first problem is this model is not listed in omron connect. If I select bp 5250 Bluetooth is not connecting. Please resolve
起動速度を上げて欲しい
体重計に乗った後にアプリを起動すると時間がかかり過ぎて体重計で計測した内容が消えてしまう事がある。起動を早くする開発の優先度を上げて欲しい。

Suggested improvement
If the user is provided an option before transferring the data vie blu-tth. It would be helpful. As sometimes we need to recheck the readings 2/3 times.
Region locking
The app doesn’t support any device that is bought from outside the region. Asia doesn’t support US devices. Not something that the manufacturer explicitly states up ahead.
Nice app!!!! Could have been better
It would have been better if there were a provision to add notes next to each measurement, such as how I was feeling or what I was doing before the measurement.

BP Diary is not syncing
BP diary and graph is not updating with recent BP readings even after transfer from the BP device to IPhone is successful. This started to appear recently. Please fix the bug asap because it will be difficult to show the graph to doctors.

Not sync option for apple Health app, without sync feature app is useless. Checked all options, not able to find sync to other apps like health app etc.
Terrible user experience
No option to log in using OTP (one time password) The navigation is poor.
Excellent Device and wonderful App
Omron devices are excellent in tracking blood pressure and beneficial for hypertension patients. The App is equally nice and enables tracking - Just that if the device is equipped with a backup battery, one may not have to set date/time everytime.
Doesn’t sync with Apple Health
It worked with US version when I had device from US. And when I bought a new device in India, the Indian version App had to be installed to sync but then it doesn’t support Apple Health.
Date and time update
When batteries are changed, the machine loses the date and time. The App should update it immediately. Readings are lost because the date and time are not set.

Unable to sync data
While I am away from the device , unable to sync data in my personal phone While the device is in home and using by some person , I am using accessing the same profile but unable to sync the data
Nice but could be better
The app is pretty nice and bp logbook is an awesome feature with engaging graphs which makes it easier to monitor your bo. Auto syncing works pretty well. The only drawback and deal breaker is that the app only supports single user which means you cannot keep track of other family members in the same app which is a simple feature and creating multiple profiles within an app is supported on almost all health devices. Omron says to install the app in each member’s device and then sync. Doing that way will pull all the readings olong with yours and hence you have to delete other memebers reading individually everytime you do the sync on all the devices.
