승차권 확인화면 타는곳 업데이트 안됨
승차권 타는곳 표시부에 회전화살표가 업데이트인데 15분 이상 일때는 안보이고(정상)!, 시간이 충분히 지나서 업데이트를 누르면 번호가 나와야하는데 안됨! 부탁드립니다.

iOS 최신버전 코레일앱 변경후 출발15분부터 타는곳 플랫폼 번호 나오는 정보가 리프레쉬해도 안나온다. 지난달에도 안되어 엄청뛰었다.

앱이 안켜져요;;;; 계속 점검중이라 하고 지웠다깔아도 들어갈수가 없는데 빨리 고쳐주세요

Uiux 부분 불편
어르신들이 예매할때 어려운점이 분명하게 있으며 대책같은것을 세우신거같은데 승차표 보내기 와같은 부분들과 전화 예약 상담같은 부분들이 메뉴에 숨겨져 있어 사용자가 불편함이 분명히 있다라고 생각합니다 전면에 상담할수 있는 아이콘 부분이 있더라면 오히려 그런 부분들이 해결될거같습니다 근처 호텔 모텔 그와 관련한 부분들이 많지만 IT소외계층을 위한 부분으로 상담부분만 앞으로 빼주세요 그래야 한번에 말씀드리기도 편할거 같습니다
결제 개선
장바구니에 여러개 담고 한꺼번에 결제하고 싶은데 라디오 버튼이라 각각 결제해야해요. 체크박스로 바꿔주세요. 현금영수증 매번 새롭게 쳐야해요 마지막 결제한 수단과 정보를 기억하고 있으면 좋겠어요. 결제완료하고 무한 로딩되고 완료화면이 안보이고 렉걸려요. 앱을 아예 껐다가 켜야 예약을 확인할수 있습니다. 버그같은데 빨리 고칠필요가 있어보입니다.

관광객도 자국민도 사용불가. 인증 인증 필요. 기차표하나 사는데 인증 필요한 나라는 처음.
교민으로서 한국티켓팅은 인증 요구 지옥 - catch22으로 불가능 했고, 데스트탑에서 영어로 했는데 QR ticket도 아닌 pdf라니? 앱은 티켓번호나 이메일로 찾을수 없게 만들고 또 인증 인증. 정말 뒤쳐진앱임. 누가 만들었는제 국가 망신.
A long story of an app
This app has a long history of being total garbage. But in my opinion it is getting better year by year, just 3 years ago the app was a total nightmare for international users, and now as they rebuilt their website they also changed the app (the app is basically a webbrowser showing only this website). Now the translations make sense, buttons are actually not hidden behind the battery widget, and payments work. The app still has a long way to go (compared to apps like DB Navigator by the german railway company), but it is better now!
Barely functional
The UI for booking is excessively complex and difficult to use. There’s so much attention to protecting user data the app is barely functional

The worst UX ever. Who is the dev for this terrible app? They should get fired seriously.
If I can give a zero star I would. The app won’t let you buy a ticket on guest mode. The English version is also completely different. Even a native Korean can’t order a ticket on the app. Get real developers to build something that works. It’s a shame that this app represents the high tech and advanced Korean engineering that Korail is. Fire the team and the directors who let this app go live.
The app works!
This app let me buy tickets with a foreign credit card. The tickets were not emailed to me, and did not appear when I entered my details. But when I tried to check the tickets again the next day, they appeared with the QR codes. This app is better than the website that didnt let me buy tickets!

操作は簡単
駅名選択やアルファベット入力で絞られるので購入はスムーズ。ただメールアドレス入力して、さらに決済時にも再度入力しなければいけない。 さらに購入後そのまま切符の確認する際にも、またアドレスを入力。しつこい。
Works great and simple to use
I feel like a lot of the reviews are just dumb Americans who want everything handed to them on a silver spoon. I’ve been here for 3 going to 4 years and haven’t had a issue.

Needs update for 16 pro max
The purchase of tickets and usability is all good. But the screen goes up too far so I cannot use the menu button easily on the top. The app photos show the top options below the black oval on an iPhone. But my iPhone 16 pro max has it all the way to the top. Causes a little panic when you can’t access the menu for trying to show your ticket. A simple update to access the top of the screen would be great.

Not mentioning the UX sucks, it won’t let me type password when non-member logging in. It seems like there a bug in both web and mobile. 한국말을 하는 외국인도 있는데 언어를 한국어로 설정하면 내국인으로 가정하는 것도 굉장히 이상함.

Great app. I recommend switching the language to Korean to get the best experience. Not giving it a 5 because the English version is terrible. Overall great
아이폰13프로 유저인데요
해외살아서 영어버전으로 티켓사는데 화면 비율 안맞아서 오른쪽 위에 메뉴드랍 버튼 안눌려요…어쩌다가 되는데 너무 불편해요. 표확인하려면 웹으로 가서 확인해야돼요
Doesn’t Fit on Screen
Suddenly the app doesn’t fit on my iPhone screen so I can’t access the language option or reservation check options at the top of the app screen. I’ve tried every fix suggested and nothing works. Otherwise I love the app. Please fix this issue!

Horrible
This is so poorly designed and written. There are no success screens. The input on the credit card field is poorly designed. When you finish the reservation process there is no success screens and it loses the language selection so you have no idea if you actually booked anything. ‘My tickets’ shows nothing even though I entered username and password and there doesn’t seem to be a way to actually sign in? I did this process twice and basically realized I’m better to just take a bus.
Not functional
The app would be great if the payment progress would be functional. It always crashes and you're unable to fulfill the transaction

Please fix the new formatting!!! I do not have an extra large screen so now all i can do is search for tickets. The button at the top right is so far up i can't press it at all.

Charges your card and loses your ticket
Scammer app loses your ticket purchase info and then charges your card. What do you mean you bought a ticket? We don't see your ticket. Contact our customer service. Actually our customer service is not open 12pm on a Wednesday. Please come back 8am - 4pm. Bunch of clowns. They don't know. Horrible scam company.
Unusable Pay Interface
Expats, stick with the browser website. The app’s pay interface gives me a blank white screen every time I’m about to finalize my payment. I use a Foreign VISA card that works fine. I pay over the browser site and get my ticket # 1st try 🤯 I don’t see the point of the app until the interface’s fixed
Third time is a charm?
I tried to buy two tickets using the app but the first two times there was an error. I waited a few days to make sure my card wasn’t charged and then tried again and it worked! With the password I made I could easily view the tickets and I screen shot them just in case. I also received an email confirmation. Maybe the first two times were my error or maybe the app was malfunctioning?
Terrible app
I can’t believe something so clunky can be released. I just purchased two tickets. My credit card was charged. The tickets were displayed. I closed the app, open it again, and cannot retrieve the tickets. Besides that, the selection of time and date does not work. You click on time, and the day changes. This app should be shut down.

휴대폰인증 하시려면 외국인번호로 외국인도 하게 해주고 아니면 없애세요. 쇼핑하면서 휴대폰 인증하는건 쓸데없는 프로세스예요

회원가입에 난이도 높음. pass 라는 인증을 거치는 것에서 이해 안됨. 회원이 아니더라도 티켓만 살 수 있는 방법이 몹시 필요 해 보임.

Terrible ux and scary to use
I had no choice but to download this app despite terrible rating because korail web site payment screen was broken. Problems to be fixed: 1. 8 middle digits of credit card needs to be entered via app provided “soft keyboard”. Only Korean web sites do this!! This is a fake security and serves no purpose 2. You have to create password but only using numbers! Who does this!? Allow normal password. 3. Even though email is captured, there is no confirmation email sent out after purchase. This is very scary for users to receive no email!!!! 4. When you log into the app there is no record of your purchase!! This is also scary!! You have to enter your email address and other information to pull up your order record. Omg. Why!?! Just give this app proper login / authentication!
